NFL Ranks last in minority opportunities

There are lots of opportunities for "minorities" in the NFL. There is more opportunity for blacks than whites in football due to stereotypes. In the front office, blacks have more opportunities than whites because of affirmative action.
There is less opportunity for women in the NFL in front office positions(for obvious reasons). That's not a negative thing. There is more opportunity for women in fields that deal with women(like WNBA!).Edited by: IceSpeed2

Women are one thing, but for minorities? Come on!
The notorious and ubiquitous Richard Lapchick is quoted, thus giving the report the official seal of approval of the multi-culti media.
What these reports never state is what the end goal is. Under the current system there will never be enough minorities and females, no matter how much affirmative action and pandering takes place. Blacks are now way over-represented in assistant coaching positions in the NFL, relative to their percentage of the population. But since the players in the league are overwhelmingly black, should every other position besides player -- assistant coach, head coach, general manager, team president, owner, broadcaster -- also be three-fourths black? That is the logic at work here, the real end game. And even if that happens, Lapchick and Company will still be issuing reports and studies finding subtle "racism" and "sexism" in the NFL and other sports. There will never be an end to the all-out assault on white men in everyarea of society.

Of course, they would have to all be white!
