While surfing, I came across these reviews from the caste-whore National Football Post in sizing up the "star" running backs from a few of the major conferences. In spite of many of these schools potentially starting a white back, none, with the lone exception of Joe Martinek, are even mentioned.

Of course they say that Joe won't break many long runs and is working on his speed. That's nonsense as he's very fast and as I recall the fastest or one of the fastest players on the team.
