This guy has always been talented, but has never had
a huge year. He should be Alstott like and has the skills.
He is having a good year in Europe.

The only reason he's never had a huge year is because of the way he's been used, or more accurately not used. He's with the Raiders organization. If the NFL didn't have a Caste System, Niklos would be allowed to compete with Lamont Jordan and the other backs on Oakland for the starting halfback job, or at least for the backup job to Jordan. He's bigger than Jordan, but being white he therefore lacks hip fluidity, fast-twitch muscles and any kind of running skills.
