Great wrestling conditioning video from Iowa Hawkeyes

This is video I found of the Iowa Hawkeyes wrestling and conditioning. The thing I remember from high school and college wrestling was how insane the training is. I did cross country, football, track, and swiming in high school and I have to say wrestling training is by far the most intense. It doesn't look like they are lifting a lot, but these high reps with very little rest starts to break you down quickly.

Those dudes are definitely strong and capable of sustained endurance, very impressive. However, the nature/form of the lifts does not build size, which makes sense.

I almost blew a disk out watching some of those curls and rows!
