Federer and Sharapova

Has there ever been a more appealing duo for POYs in 2004 than the elegant Roger Federer and charismatic Maria Sharapova?Congrats to both forenriching a great sport.

I can't argue that.Federer is the main man in Tennis now.
I'm a huge Roddick fan and Federer has beaten him around
5 out of 7 times.Federer has the total package and is the
only player that can consistantly return Roddicks killer
servers.Sharapova is beautiful and classy.It's a pleasue to see her beat the likely roided Serena. At such a young
age,she could dominate for a very long time.Don't forget
all of the other outstanding Russian lady tennis players.

I would like to see a message link to tennis as well rather than have it mixed in with other sports. This is my request to the moderator. I see soccer and track and field have their own.Also what a disgrace that Sports Illustrated neglected to put Federer on the cover this year. Indeed they blew their best chance after Federer's U.S Open victory. SI really dropped the ball and continue their recent trend of not having tennis covers. Notable excetion Maria after her breathtaking Wmbledon run.
