Wow!!!!! I dont know if anybody knew about this but apparently Burroughs ran a wind legal 10.34 at the Idaho State Championchips 2 weeks ago. I know he is a wr recruit headed on scholarship to Boise State but whats incredible is that its the best wind legal time in the country and in his first race of the yearhe only ran a 11.2 100 meters. Im wondering if this guy could be our next Shane Crawford. Look for him to be returning kicks as a true freshman this fall. I wonder if he runs track for Boise now?

From what I've read he broke a 25 year state record in Idaho in the 100m. 10.34 is incredible fast and almost as good as Jeff Demps who ran a 10 second 100m. I'm hoping this kid gets his football career going. Hopefully they don't just use him in the slot because of his small size.

Yes, he broke the previous record which was 10.60, when he ran 10.44 in the heats. Previously his best had been 10.61.
Apparently, the wind was 1.9 for his 10.34 and .8 for his 10.44. So both are wind legal, and blazing times!

Great news guys. Dallas Burroughs will be running in the Diamond League Race in New York. He is entered in the High School Boys Dream 100 Meters! This is great news. It's too bad Joe Fisher wasn't invited as well. Good luck to Dallas going against to top sprinters in the nation!
