The MWC Tourney is going on in Vegas today through Saturday, and BYU is handing it to Texas Christian early in the 2nd half right now. It was 5 whites versus 5 blacks for several minutes in the first half. Later today, Wyoming plays Air Force.

Tonight in the lower half of the bracket, Utahplays UNLV and Colorado Statemeets San Diego State. All of these games are on The Mountain.

Tomorrow's Semifinal games will be on CSTV at 8 (Top half) and 10:30 PM (Bottom half) Central time.

Saturday's Final will be on Versus at 6 PM Central.

How's that for confusing? I wish The Mountain would hurry up and solve it's problems with Direct TV and Dish Network, so the whole country can see the white talent out here. Edited by: Colonel_Reb

BYU's Super Sophomore Trent Plaisted had 22 points and 9 rebounds, leading the Cougars to a 77-64 win. Plaisted also had the dunk of the game, the rejection of the game, and the announcers bragged about his 41" vertical leap. Mike Rose had 16 points, including 4 3's. Tomorrow, BYU will playthe winner of the Wyoming/Air Force game, which is fixing to start.

To add to our list of racial euphemisms, the announcers spoke of black Texas Christian Forward Kevin Langford as having a "high basketball IQ." Edited by: Colonel_Reb

Wyoming jumped out to an early lead and held on to beat Air Force 67-62. Tough one to watch from our perspective. Air Force was somewhat off today, although they had good play from Jacob Burtschi 15 pts, 9 boards, and 1 assist. Tim Anderson had 13, 1 and 3. Guard Jacob Henke came off the bench to lead the Falcons in scoring with 16, 1 rebound, and 1 assist.

For Wyoming, their only real white help came from Ryan Dermody, who had 2 points and a rebound.

UNLV beat Utah. The Utes started 3 whites, Luke Nevill, Shaun Green, and Daniel Deane.

UNLV starts 2 whites, Kevin Kruger and Curtis Terry.

Colorado State upset San Diego State thanks in large part to Jason Smith and Stuart Creason (the player of the game). Smith picked up early fouls and only played 19 minutes, but had 13 points and 13 rebounds, his 7th straight double double! Creason was 7 of 9 for 18 points and 7 rebounds.

CSU started 2 whites, and SDSU started 0.

So tomorrow, its BYU vs. Wyoming and CSU vs. UNLV
