Deadlift
Hall of Famer
By "black" - I don't mean only Afro-Americans, but I'm planning to mainly talk about them.
I'm not sure if subpar black hitters' suffer from poor hand-eye coordination, but I do know that very few black hitters' are complete hitters.
The black slugger or power-hitter only make up a small part of the blacks in MLB (Ryan Howard and Prince Fielder). Justin Upton could become one of these.
I see the light-hitters taking up the black (AA) roster spots now and in the future. Some of them are quite awful and can't hit the long-ball or hit the double consistently. Michael Bourn comes to mind. The case can't be made that there aren't better White players.
Then again, you have Nate McClouth, a man with punch and he gets criticized by the MSM, while light-hitting blacks are somehow "revolutionizing" the game.. Yes, Nate needs to stay healthy. That has been his biggest problem.
Looking at some of the blacks in the college ranks, it seems to mainly be light-hitters. Some of them can't even hit for average. Even the black sluggers usually aren't even the best on their OWN team! And their alarming number of Ks doesn't bode well for the pros.
I checked the Ole Miss roster (they're doing well and in the Top 25), and I saw ZERO blacks. That's what SCARES the PTB, but they'll still elevate weak blacks into the Majors, and have us think that a "White boy" can't possibly have a superior skill-set to them. What a crock!
