On the Pittsburgh Pirates home site a fan asked the reporter why we don't have enough black players in baseball. All the old reasons surfaced and then she also mentioned that the commish was trying to get a world draft instead of just the regular one in Amerika. That way, it was mentioned, we would see teams load up on foreign and dark skinned players. Oh Joy Oh Joy
