Here's something from a power ranking of NFL teams I just looked at. They were the highest ranked NFC team. I'd love to hear your comments.

The first NFC team on our list, at least for the time being. I will respectfully give the Falcons their due for beating the defending NFC champs, but a better team would have scored a point in the last three quarters at home Monday with all the chances available. Michael Vick's development continues, but he showed glimpses of his dazzling skillz. The defense, led by future WWE wrestler Patrick Kerney, attacked all night long.

Just tells me how bad the NFC is. Its like the Eastern Conference of the NBA, only worse.

Who's better than the Falcons?
In their own division I'd still pick Carolina over Atlanta, despite their loss to NO.

The jury is still out on St. Louis and Seattle.

Philadelphia, maybe Dallas? Too early to tell about the Cowboys.

I think we'll have a surprise team from the NFC in the Super Bowl this year.
