I know this is old news but does anyone remember about 6 years ago when Kirelenko was second in blocks and third in steals in the NBA for one year did not win the Defensive Player of the Year award. What a crock. It actually went to Ron Artest. A little known fact. Artest isint the jerk he portrays to be. He just tried creating a bad boy image because it sells. He was actually valedvictorian of his school. How many valedvictorians have bad images do you know? I saw him play every game for 2 years at Saint Johns and he never got one technical foul. Still, Andrei got gyped. If he were black it would have been different.
