Here's the schedule with Eastern times included. What games do you look forward to watching? Which are the best match-ups? Which ones will be a wash?

Personally, I'm looking forward to watching the New Mexico Bowl and the Sun Bowl. Hopefully Wyoming will play their best game of the year and win, and Toby will run wild through the Sooner defense! The Holiday and Orange should be good games as well. I think Boise State and Texas Christian got shafted by having to play each other in the Fiesta Bowl.

TCU and Boise st definitely got screwed over. I guess they were afraid of another Utah vs Alabama outcome.

Definitely looking forward to the Sun Bowl. I hope a good amount of Stanford fans make the trip. I am really surprised they are in the Sun bowl, pretty much every bowl scenario I have read had them in the Emerald. I hope a good number people tune in to watch it. Hoping Toby gets as much exposure as possible before the draft.

I like the Outback bowl matchup, would be nice to see Northwestern beat Auburn.

Too bad there arent any Pac-10 vs Sec matchups, Im tired of hearing the pac 10/sec argument when it comes to Gerhart/Ingram. I am really hoping Texas destroys Alabama and Shipley has a field day against them.

BYU must be sick of going to Las Vegas by now.Edited by: dwid

The Emerald Bowl is another matchup I am looking forward to.

I'm going to update some of the Bowl teams to see exactly how many white players start for them.

As for the National Championship game, while Alabama and Texas aren't the whitest teams out there, it sure beats another Oklahoma-Florida game.Edited by: Jack Lambert

I will try to catch any of the bowls that feature a white running back or a prominent white receiver.

Reb, I am looking forward to alot of those games. But the one I am especially looking forward to is the Hawaii bowl featuring SMU/Nevada. I was born, raised and lived most of my life in Dallas and grew up a huge SMU fan before the NCAA gave them the "death penalty" for recruiting violations. It looks like they have come full circle this year and finally made it to a bowl game. It will be the first time I have seen them play this season.

Pulling for Northwestern, BYU, Stanford, Iowa & Wyoming to win the caste match-ups. I'll also be pulling for the White players (especially at RB, WR,TE, QB, etc.). I hope McCoy & Shipley light up Bama's coal black defense.

thought i'd post a little info on a few of our guys in the first two bowl games ...

Fresno State speedster Devon Wylie struggling with patience over a lingering hamstring injury.

FRESNO -- Devon Wylie's frustration simmered last week. It's been nearly two months since the junior receiver caught a pass in a game, after his season started so positively.

Wylie caught five passes for 114 yards and a touchdown against Wisconsin in the Bulldogs' second game of the football season. But his production took a dive at midseason because of a four-week injury absence.

Wylie hurt his hamstring against San Jose State on

Oct. 17 and sat out the next four games before returning Nov. 21 against Louisiana Tech. He didn't get much playing time that afternoon and was again limited in the Bulldogs' regular-season finale at Illinois on Dec. 5.

Wylie said it's been difficult to stay positive, especially after he missed several games in 2008 because of a foot injury and a concussion.

"When you get hurt, you lose so much confidence and you try to jump in and get back out there," Wylie said. "It's easy to lose focus and confidence.

"It takes a lot of patience to work back into the lineup because everyone else has been playing," he added. "They deserve it, and you want to kind of at least get a shot, so it's kind of frustrating."

One of the Bulldogs' most explosive players when healthy, Wylie is known for his big-play ability on special teams and at receiver. But the coaching staff has been reluctant to re-insert him into the rotation.

Fresno State receivers coach Keith Williams called Wylie a "game changer" but said he erred on the side of caution in recent weeks to ensure the Sacramento-area product doesn't re-injure himself.

Wylie showing what he can do when healthy.

on the Wyoming side of the ball, the defense has two head hunters to keep an eye on. junior free safety Chris Prosinski had 65 solo and 130 total tackles this season to lead his team in both categories and all defensive backs in the Mountain West Conference (his 10.8 tackles per game ranks 9th in the nation). he had double figures in tackles in nine games, including the last seven games in a row. Prosinski also forced 2 fumbles, was second on the team with 6 pass break-ups, and returned a fumble 98 yards for a touchdown this year.

he somehow only was good enough to be second-team MWC, though ...

senior defensive tackle John Fletcher is a rangy athlete at 6-6 and 272-pounds. Fletcher led Wyoming and was third in the MWC with 7 sacks en route to being named 1st-team all-conference. he was second-team in both his sophomore and junior years.

sophomore linebacker Gabe Knapton is second on the team with 117 total tackles.

the Cowboys' top two wideouts are White athletes. 6-4 junior David Leonard is by far the most potent weapon in the passing attack. he leads the team with 70 catches. redshirt junior Zach Bolger is a distant second, with 24 catches.

Prosinski doing his thing.

in the Rutgers-Central Florida matchup, we all know about Joe Martinek for the Scarlet Knights. but how many of you know about Rocky Ross for the Golden Knights?

senior wide receiver Rocky Ross has battled injuries recently in his career, but when he's healthy he's been one of the most consistent weapons for the UCF passing game.the team captainis second on the team in receptions this year after getting a medical redshirt last season, he led the team in receiving in 2007, and was second on the team in receiving in 2006. oh, and he is a second-team Academic All-American.

Nice writeup, JC. I had both of these games circled on the calendar because of the amount of white skill position talent that is going to be on the field. I know that it's asking too much, but it would be nice if a few NFL scouts and personnel directors would tune in and clear out their misguided skin-color biases, and see what real athletes can do.

Thanks for the update Jimmy Chitwood! Was hoping Devon Wylie would be healthy to play today....even if he is a step slower than usualhe will still be running 4.3's instead of his 4.2's

Rutgers is playing a White cornerback, fifth-year senior Billy Anderson. the negro starter went out with an injury. so far Anderson hasn't been thrown at ... hopefully he will play well in what is probably the last football game of his career.

for Central Florida, former starting quarterback Michael Greco is now a starting safety. the 6-3, 217-pounder has played well for the Golden Knights in his first year as a defensive back.

as an aside, i don't understand why Rutgers runs the wildcat so much. their "wildcat quarterback" is their best wide receiver AND he can't throw ... nor does he ever give the ball to another runner out of the formation. so, essentially it takes the entire passing game out of the offense (including the starting quarterback and the biggest receiving weapon on the team)AND itkeeps the ball away fromthe team's top running back. i don't understand the thinking behind this scheme ...

aha! finally a disparaging comment regarding Joe Martinek and Brian Leonard. after Martinek leaped over a prone defender, the announcers compared him to Leonard. then as they laughed together at the hilarity of a White guy running the football, they said if only they could find another Ray Rice ... because he was really good.

of course, the announcers said "talk about going from zero to hero!" then laughed.

my mistake ... Anderson was thrown at as soon as he was inserted in the game and gave up a short touchdown. however, he has responded beautifully!

in addition to the interception returned for a touchdown, on UCF's very next possession they threw deep on him right off the bat ... and he broke up the pass. awesome!

now the announcers are reluctantly giving him some credit. however, they did point out a legitimate concern. is Anderson in good enough game shape to play the rest of the game? he's barely seen action all year ...

i guess we'll just wait and see, but so far he's looked excellent.

Yes great job on the pick-6 by Anderson, a rare breed as a white CB! I hadn't heard of Anderson until tonight when I saw him make a tackle. I googled his name and found this disparaging article about him:

..However ON-THE-FIELD..Billy Anderson does not posses the needed physical athletic skills to cover Div1 BCS receivers....-

What a way to shut this fool up!

Oregon State White cornerback Brandon Hardin has given up one completion in the first half, a 9-yarder on 2nd-and-21 with the clock running out. and he broke up two other passes thrown his way.

pretty impressive for the sophomore in only his third start.

As for the National Championship game, while Alabama and Texas aren't the whitest teams out there, it sure beats another Oklahoma-Florida game.

Yes, may 'Bama's Ukrainian Christmas in Pasadena (now THERE's a different holiday to associate with that city
