it seems the thing that made me like Purdue a while back no longer exists...


i recall not so long ago when they would ALWAYS have one good white receiver on the field, and usually two or more.


i guess their explosive offense has really improved since the days of "over-acheivers" like John Standeford, Vinny Sutherland, and company.

Big tall Kyle Ingraham sort of faded into obscurity before his senior season as well. I think he quit.

Curtis Painter is the real deal at QB. He's going to be a good one. Also would Jake Standeford happen to be the brother former Purdue WR John Standeford.
