    Sherk vs. Penn

I think Penn is half White. His father is White. Anyway, I'm rooting for Sherk and I believe Sherk will win in the later rounds. I don't like Sherk for his style and steroids but I REALLY don't like Penn. But Sherk is a monster, even when he's clean, and I think he will outlast Penn and win.

    UFC 83 prediction

I honestly hope that Matt Lindland will be the one to come to the UFC and beat Silva. Hendo had it in the first round. While Lindland is usually not held as high esteem as Hendo I actually feel that Lindland would utilize his wrestling more instead of trying to outstrike the best striker...

    UFC 83 prediction

Why would Lutter warrant a rematch with Silva? He came in overweight and lost against an Anderson Silva coming off knee surgery. He looked the best that anyone has against Silva, but certainly not rematch worthy. His performance against Franklin confirms he might just not have it in order to...

It would be nice if Lutter followed Starnes out the door.

    UFC 83 prediction

Half-breed metis Starnes embarrassed himself and suckered the fans in that fight. Quarry's antics and the Canadian crowds booing almost made it right again though.

    Cung Le

I've enjoyed the tapes of Cung Le's fights that I've seen. His style, San Shou, is one of those "exotics" that seems to translate into MMA very well. A little bit of a change from your usual kickboxing/bjj/wrestling. Even better, Frank Shamrock's big mouth and even bigger ego took a hit...

    Henderson-Silva - March 1

Silva seems about as unbeatable as anyone seriously fighting in MMA right now. He has the style to beat Rampage at 205 too, but not the strength. He'll probably fight Okami next who beat an overmatched and rusty Evan Tanner (read Tanner's blog btw, he's alright) and holds a DQ win over Silva.

    UFC 81

Mir is actually Mexican (at least part) so it's really par for the course. I loved the "Shout at the Devil" choice. I too started to root for him then. But, all in all, it's better for MMA if the "streetwise bul" wins because he has the experience. Maybe Brock starts off a bit slower...

    Lesnar vs. Mir

Decisions decisions. I dislike Tim Sylvia's fights and style. He's boring and tries to do as little as possible to squeak out a decision win. The less Tim on PPVs, the better. Even though he seems like a good guy. Big Nog is the epitome of a warrior. Has been in battles and is one of the best...
