It's incredible the Celtics could not sweep the Hawks, let alone lose two games.

I guess that is the kind of playoff performance you get when you put 3 career losers on 1 team.

Garnett in particular is a massive loser, and is absolutely terrified of trying to win basketball games. He's the one guy you can positively count on to not want the ball at the end of the game.

Of course, due to his black skin, which is armor in sports, he is never criticized for this. Heaven help guys like Garnett and Kwame Brown were they white.

The Celtics' self-destruction helps somewhat in trying to forget Dallas' first round meltdown last year.

Maybe the Hawks might even take the series from the Celts, which would provide no end to the comedic fodder. If there were more white Celtics on this year's roster the media would have more fun with it.

Kevin Garnett is a poor man's Kevin McHale.

But then again every forward from 1990 onward is a poor man's KM.Edited by: GiovaniMarcon

I love the way Zaza got right up in Garnett's face and practically head butted him. It fired up his black teammates and the Atlanta crowd. Good to see a white man stick up for himself.

Was Garnett even called for a foul when he 'screened' Pachulia? Real classy move.

Especially enjoy the NBA promo with Garnett as the hero, stirring classical music in background. Yeah, that's who you want as the face of the NBA.

That promo is way over the top. Maybe that promo would be well suited for the NHL playoffs as I think those guys are real warriors. But the NBA, give me a break.

There's a discussion at 'What White People Like' if hockey appeals more to 'white people' or to the 'wrong sort of white people'. I wonder if basketball brings up the same question, WP or WSOWP?
