I could see it if they signed someone with a lot of experience over Hass, because all their experienced receivers are injured, but Billy McMullen???

Think of a black QB who wins the Heisman Trophy and who has the size and tools to play in the NFL being waived and ignored by the NFL time and again. And then, when all three of a team's white QBs go down with injuries, he's ignored again in favor of the most nondescript, crappywhite journeyman you can think of. . .

ESPN's John Clayton reports that the Seahawks had several receivers in to work out-including Mike Hass and Mike Gasperson-but decided on...Billy McMullen!

Well, that is vintage Holmgren, for ya. Probably got bored, and decided tohavea little funwith a couple of white receivers. Give em some false hope, then crush em like bugs, totally demoralizing them. I'm only half joking.

Thank you god for this being Holmgren's last season.

Fat Mikey probably felt guilty having two white WRs on the same NFL roster (99% coaches probably feel this way too). May this caste-god one day pay for his infinate sins against the talented, hard-working white male athletes who he's cut, released, and waived (He may have set a NFL record with WR Jerehme Urban a few years ago).

Gasperson will definately catch on somewhere, but I'm now convinced that Hass will never be allowed to shine. I used to actually believe that one day Hass would finally get on the field and instantly become the star he was meant to be. I underestimated the caste systems hold on every NFL team.
