I love this guy. He has so much talent. I can't wait till he smacks the sh*t out of Briggs. He has incredible power. Wait. He's white. How is that possible. You guys figure out the magic. It is because white guys can fight.

He's a great fighter, easily the best heavyweight, yet most people have never heard of him. The American and Canadian media rarely mention him, and when they do they never write or say anything positive.

That's because his skin is the wrong color. If he was Black, he would receive the kind of attention people like Ali, Holyfield and Tyson always got. Yet he's a better man than any of them - he doesn't brag like Ali, doesn't deliberately headbutt like Holyfield, and doesn't bite ears off like Tyson. He has strength of character inside and outside of the ring.Edited by: JD1986

great post jd1986. He is the best. He has really come through. I'm polish and altough I couldn't stand what happened to Tomasz Adamek I love all my white people. Wlad is the best. He will dominate that racist pig Briggs. And again Mariusz Pudzianowski. Polish Power.

If his brother has the same ability as when he left he will be 1a and Wlad will be 1b. Vitali's chin will seperate him from Wlad. Vitali has never been badly hurt in any contest.

I've always thought Vitali was the stronger of the two, although he may not be better than his brother now. Wladimir has matured and improved the last couple of years, and so come up to a higher level.

I think the time off and rest may have been good for Vitali, and allowed several old injuries to fully heal. He'll likely win the WBA title and defend it successfully against Samuel "rabbit puncher" Peter.

What I would like to see is the Klitschko brothers unify the titles between them. With these guys, and all the excellent heavyweight prospects like Boytsov, Dimitrenko and Povetkin, the heavyweight division is better than it's ever been!Edited by: JD1986

A boxing website (pound4pound.com) has reported today that sources close to Wladimir Klitschko and Lamon Brewster say they are discussing a July 7 rematch in Germany.

I hope it happens! [IMG] Edited by: JD1986

It was confirmed today that Wladimir Klitschko will fight in a HBO televised match in Germany on July 7.

Although his opponent is not yet confirmed, today's reports stated it will very likely be Lamon Brewster.

I just watched Wlad KO Carlos Monroe in his '98 fight on ESPN Classic.

It was really interesting to see how much Wlad has improved since his first pro fight in the U.S. ten years ago.

The Klitschko brothers are the best heavyweights in the world, and have been for several years now. Unfortunately, the mass media still avoid giving them the credit they truly deserve.

Luckily, there are sites like Caste Football that try to correct this injustice.

Keep winning Klitschko brothers! You make us proud!

My honest opinion of both Wladimir and Vitali is that they would have been highly competitive and legitimate belt threats in any era of modern professional boxing, however because people (and Americans in particular) are so prone toward mistaking brashness, egotism, smack-talking and poor sportsmanship (and all the aforementioned not necessarily mated with ring ability) with actual skill, neither Klitschko will be seen as particularly exciting compared to, say, Cassius Clay.

Though, truth be told, if Ali tried to pull some kind of dancing crap with Vitali, Clay/Ali would be in the hospital recuperating from a bruised ego and a broken face.

It may take many years before the Klitschko brothers are given the recognition they truly deserve. Most people (especially Americans) think the Heavyweight division is weak, but the truth is, it is shining very bright, especially in Europe.

Now I know why they call Europe the Old World, because nobody, especially the American Boxing Media, wants to go and check the evolution of boxing there.

    Especially in the Heavyweight division.

My guess is there are more promising Heavyweight prospects (all virtually white) in Europe than there are in the Unites States.[IMG]

As the Haye vs Vitali fight approaches, you are going to see media treat Haye just like they treated BO. They are going to give him the perverbial blow..b. They are going to hope that he can beat Vitali. Fortuneately Vitali is no McCain and knows how to win. [IMG]

Gentalmen, these are great times to be a White professional fighter and be white fans cheering them on! [IMG]

If Vitali manages to pull this one off, it may bring to an end the stigma White professional boxers have faced for the past 70 years.

It will finally label Vitali and his brother Waldimir, as true boxing champions.
Whether guys like Kellerman and Lewis like it or not.

Amen to that, praise be to the Klitschko brothers![IMG]

It looks like Wlad is going to whack out Freddie Krueger(Arreola) at the Staples center in the spring. Call it Nightmare in the Barrio... [IMG] Supposedly both camps are negotiating over the holiday season.

Arreola will feel like he was boxing against a bunch of amateurs once he feels Wlad's force.

Wladimir's fight with Haye may not be happening after all. The arrogant Haye is behaving in the negotiations as if he is the champion, but he's not even a mandatory challenger. [IMG]

I'm hoping Wladimir makes Haye EARN his title shot, by first defeating a couple of heavyweight contenders.

I wouldn't mind seeing Wlad vs. Arreola this spring! [IMG]

Haye is a real POS. I have always and will always say that about him. He has absolutely no class and in Klitschko's place I wouldn't give him this fight until he has beaten several top heavyweights. Giving Haye this fight after beating only one heavyweight is giving in to his demands. Haye is a bum and knows he will lose so he is playing game.

Wladimir Klitschko is still just in his prime, and with the best the caste lovers have in the form of Haye, expect Wlad to dominate the division for 3 to 4 more years.

This is indeed the GOLDEN AGE for White Boxers!!!!!!! [IMG]

If Haye truly wished to fight Klitchko, he is an idiot. His runaway ego and motor mouth may have just cost him a lot of money. He talked his way in then talked his way out.

Haye is an arrogant piece of trash. I am actually happy things turned out the way they did. Let Haye wait like everyone else has to for a shot at the champ.
