Wladimir Klitschko has cancelled his fight with Dereck Chisora scheduled for April 30 and has agreed to fight David Haye on July 2.

I'm disappointed in Wlad for faking an injury to get out of his April 30 fight with Chisora, but Haye insisted and otherwise refused to sign.

But it will be nice if Wlad finally silences the loud-mouthed fraud by knocking him out.

It may not be official, but it's going to happen. Too much money for even the chicken boy Haye to turn down. He will get the biggest pay day of his life but also the biggest beat down. That is if he doesn't run the whole fight which I believe he will. It's hard to knock out something that won't stand still.

Great to hear that this fight is finally going to happen, although based on Haye's past attempts at weaseling out, I won't be totally convinced until the bell rings.[IMG] I hope Wlad knocks his block off! Wlad will hit him with a Hayemaker and the lights will go out. I hope I get to watch this one online.

Wlad will KO Haye in 4 or 5 rounds at most. I hope HBO or Showtime will pick up this fight for America.

Hopefully it finally happens and Ms. Haye doesn't back out. I'll only believe it when I see both of them in the ring. This fight is two years late already.

I sure hope so. I can't wait for this fight. Four months is a long time to wait. It will feel like forever. Then again it was supposed to happen back in July of 09.

It's a total hype job and an absurd mismatch. The only
thing competitive about Haye is his mouth. He has no chance. What is
he going to do, try and run away all night while throwing an occasional
potshot like he did in his phony win over Valuev? That's not going to
work. Who has he fought to prepare himself or prove himself for such a
    contest? Harrison?

Only way Haye could win is with a knockout. I'll be fair and admit Haye has power but no way he could even steal one round from Wladimir. That jab of Wlad's is going to be a killer in the ring.

As Michael Buffer says, "Let's Get Ready to Rumble". I can't wait to see this loud, disrespectful, trash talking thug get knocked out. I still will be suprised though if he doesn't run the whole fight. All Haye wants is a big payday and to go the distance. He does not want to fight Wlad. I gurantee that. I just hope Haye doesn't back out of the contract again!

According to the "great" Teddy Atlas the Klitschko's are done. Vitali will lose to Solis in two weeks and Wladimir will lose to David Haye. What a great imagination that boy has!

It's Haye's mouth that's firing on all cylinders, as usual. I'm sure the emissions exceed England's smog standards but no worries, Vlad will park his ass for good come July.

    Cheers.Edited by: The Hock

David Haye has come out and said that his next opponent
Wladimir Klitschko "has the heart of a hyena" ahead of their summer
    fight.

A fight between the two men has long been on the cards and now they
are set to meet in a heavyweight unification battle on either June 25 or
    July 2.

Klitschko is by far the bigger boxer but Haye has beaten fighters bigger
than himself before, as he got the better of 7ft giant Nikolai Valuev
    and then Audley Harrison.

Haye has insisted that he has what it takes to beat Klitschko and the
Brit has already started the war or words against the Ukrainian.

He said: "I have the heart of a lion.

"I have proved that by beating bigger opponents. How often has Wladimir
done that, if ever? He has the heart of a hyena, he looks to fight
    against old, dead meat."

The main event looks like it will be taking place in Germany, with
venues in Dortmund, Gelsenkirchen and Kaiserslautern all possibilities
for one of Haye's last fights</div>

I don't like how the article says Haye has "beaten" and "got the better of" Valuev, as clearly that fight could have just as easily been a draw or a Valuev victory.

It was at best a draw. I very carefully watched it again and scored it giving the benefit of every doubt to Haye, and the best I could come up with for Haye was a draw, which means that Valuev should have retained the belt. Even the biased British tv announcing team were shocked when the decision was awarded to the Congo-Brit. I posted the details of my scoring elsewhere on here, plus on some of the ***-wig boxing forums, and nobody has disputed it, just the usual name calling from the usual parties.

We all know the judges were paid off to score that bout in favor of d-ckless David Haye. That way he could have a belt at heavyweight and trash talk the Klitschko brothers.

I'm also convinced that Valuev's team was in on the fix. I believe he was told that if he can't KO Haye he will lose. It was an ordeal to carfeully rewatch that dreadful fight. One of the worst heavyweight championship fights of all time.

I also thought that was extremely suspicious, and there's never been a clear explanation about that. Was there really a rematch clause, and if not, why not? What about Valuev's health? It's looking as though he'll never fight again, probably due to complications of giantism. And, of course, why was Valuev's corner, and Valuev too, just standing there sucking on their thumbs, not even a word of protest or a look of surprise, when the crooked judges stole his belt away - and then the African-Englishman didn't even have the sense to pretend he didn't know what the judges' decision would be in an obviously close fight, but started dancing on the ropes and celebrating before the phony decision was even rendered - and that's because he, and Valuev, were told that if he was still standing at the end of the fight he'd get the decision.

David Haye has never been impressive in a single fight since he moved up to heavyweight.

The referee helped him against Barrett (allowing him to rabbit punch and hit while holding, and not counting the knockdown,) he received a gift decision against Valuev, and he needed to resort to rabbit punching to beat Ruiz.

He hardly threw a punch against Harrison up until the third round when he appeared to say "now" to Audley.

The Valuev fight was a complete joke. Haye ran the entire fight with exception of the last round. Valuev certainly did enough to win and should have been given the decision. Now a guy who was getting picked apart by John Ruiz, got knocked down against Barrett, and ran from Valuev for an entire fight is all of a sudden the most exciting heavyweight. Did the Klitschcko run like little punks away from any opponents inside the ring? I think not. If Haye wasn't half black we wouldn't even be discussing this fight because it would never happen.
