I liked the old Flyer-colors logo better than the new one with Pepsi-style font.

Wonder which consultant they paid and how much for this fiasco. Give that consultant a game misconduct.

It's the NWO-maggot Bettman's new trademark: He's made the old, traditional NHL into the new, hip, multicultrual and communist NHL. It's grey, lifeless hues describe well the NHL's top leadership.

Do you really care about the NHL logo?

Yes. It's a logo I grew up with, especially in the seventies and early eighties when I was really into hockey as a spectator sport. I still sometimes get giddy over the memory of the Flyers winning their first Cup (I was 12 and living in the Philly area at the time).

What's wrong with mourning the loss or alteration of a logo you grew up with? Based on seeing old pics, they've used that starkly simple U.S. highway crest since at least the 1940s. For proof of the "new" logo click on http://nhl.com .

I was a big Flyer fan back then too, I had a Flyer jersey that I wore when I played, I also wore that dang thing nearly every day to school. I still have pics of me in that jersey. Those were the days, no helmets, long hair, unlimited fighting: REAL HOCKEY.
