whites most athletic in Track & Field

i have checked the best in this 20 events by MEN events:http://www.iaaf.org/worldrankings/index.html
1 Whites 9.5 times n-1 in ranking(Hammer thrower is jap but half white)
2 Blacks 9 times
3 Asians 1.5 times

I ran track in high school. Blacks only competed in the sprints and long jump. All the other events were owned by us: weight events, middle and long distance, high jump, pole vault ...etc.
