at 7:00 Eastern tonight his Saskatchewan Roughriders are taking on the Montreal Alouettes in CFL action.

Dressler was the Riders' top receiver this year.

Check out this NFL snub and see why he should be playing on Sundays!

Its on right now.

Also, the Roughriders are a very white team on the whole featuring several prominent white receivers and even a running back. They are the whitest team in the CFL.

i'm glad you posted about this, TorontoArgos.

i flipped the idiot box on just to watch him, and Dressler looks like the top playmaker on the field. Andy Fantuz is also a top-notch talent who was completely overlooked by the NFL after dominating at the University of Central Arkansas (and at the Combine).

i notice that the Roughriders have a black quarterback who doesn't look very accurate, and already several of their "real" affletes have committed costly mistakes that have Saskatchewan on the wrong side of the scoreboard at halftime.

the Roughriders' Rob Bagg certainly looks like he has some jets, as well. he just sprinted for an 87-yard touchdown catch-and-run.

And then he scores the touchdown catch on the next play to win the game!! WOW!!!!

for the Roughriders, in both overtimes (and throughout regulation, as well)it was their White wide receivers who made the plays to get them the win.

what do you bet that the NFL Network won't be showing any more Saskatchewan games this season? too many White "boys" making spectactular plays for that to be allowed.

Here is the schedule of the NFL Network CFL games. In total they are showing 14 games this season. 4 of the games involve Saskatchewan so its not so bad.

Can't thank you enough TorontoArgos! Thanks for the head's up! Only got to catch bits of the game; then the end & OT were incredible! Some sick catches! I can tolerate a Quota-back as long as he's throwing to nothing but white WR's(4) like Fantuz & Getzlaf (SB's)!! Your dude Dresslercaught the game winning TD in OT! Only 5'7"...but he can climb the ladder! His stats are looking great tonight!

Your right Jimmy C...Bagg has some jets! On 87yd TD...

What a way to kickoff the CFL season!

Not to brag, but I remember raving about Dressler's talent after I saw him play for North Dakota on T.V when I first was getting into college football. I started the first college thread on him thinking he could really do well at the NFL level (if allowed) even though he is small and played for a small school in college. I believe I projected him as a 4th/5th round talent for the NFL draft even though he's only 5'7. Truth is Dressler could be used the exact same way Dexter McCluster is probably going to be used in the NFL, or like Brian Westbrook (ala a receiver AND a runner). Yeah, Dressler is a lot like McCluster, Welker or Westbrook receiving the ball, but has SIGNIFICANTLY better long speed, which is something whites are supposed to lack supposedly.

I'm pretty sure Dressler ran a sub 10.6 100 meter running college track and he's been clocked sub 4.4 in the 40 yard dash. Dressler has exceeded even my expectations. If I could have ranked him again for the NFL draft- now that I have more experience with it, I'd have ranked him a 2nd rounder. I ranked McCluster a 2nd rounder. Thanks for posting this TorontoArgos! I wish I got home in time to catch this game tonight.

it's funny that you posted those highlights, TorontoArgos. why? because when ESPN showed highlights of the game, aside from the final score by Dressler all the highlights were of the black players for the losing team. how "weird."

That's really shameful and not representative of what happened at all. Its practically censorship. Re-writing history, acting as if the great plays by white players never happened and all the great work is done by blacks.

Toronto, Eric Crouch used to play for the the Argonauts. I haven't found any stats for him but he did play his original college position of qb.

whiteathlete, Crouch was a third string QB for most of his time in Toronto and he only saw time in a couple of games after the starter got hurt. He did play QB his whole time in Toronto but he was released midway through 2007 after injuries derailed his career. He looked good in the couple of games he played and in preseason, both throwing and running. Personally I was hoping he would become the Argonauts starter however that never transpired.

Calgary's only white player of note is Canadian safety Wes Lysack who is a ball-hawk.

Hamilton starts two white receivers, veteran Canadian Dave Stala who is very reliable and former 1st overall pick in the CFL Draft (for Canadian players), Chris Bauman, who has been a disappointment so far in his career. Bauman is very tall and has good straight line speed, but seems to struggle with his cuts at high speed and has been inconsistent with his hands. They also have a white American DT, Garrett McIntyre who is very good and a hard hitting Canadian safety Sandy Beveridge who is solid (and wears black sleeves on the field). Edited by: TorontoArgos

This week's CFL matchup on NFL network once again features Weston Dressler and his Roughriders, taking on the Edmonton Eskimos on Saturday at 4 PM ET.

The Roughriders start 10 whites, including 5 on the offensive line. Here is a look at other whites of note. Their top 4 receivers this year are all white.

Weston Dressler is the Riders' best all around receiver. He has great speed and quickness accompanied by amazing hands. He was injury plagued in 2009 but still was the Riders leading receiver finishing with 941 yards and 4 touchdowns in just 14 games. In 2008 he had 1,123 yards receiving and was named the CFL rookie of the year.

Andy Fantuz is the most physically dominant receiver in the CFL and he can at times dominate games with his combination of size and skill. The Canadian is 6'4 220 ibs and runs a 4.6 at that size. He only played in 13 games last year but still finished with 882 yards and 4 touchdowns.

Rob Bagg is a speedy Canadian who somehow went undrafted in the 2007 draft, but has established himself as a starter for the Roughriders. He runs a lot of deep routes and last year he had 807 yards and 5 touchdowns.

Chris Getzlaf is a great all-around Canadian receiver. He is the brother of NHL player Ryan Getzlaf. He went from being a relative unknown to surprising people last year with 531 yards and 5 touchdowns. He has great vision and moves in the open field and sees the ball often on screen passes.

Other backup white Receivers on the roster are Aaron Fairooz out of Central Arkansas and veteran Canadian Jason Clermont who is 227 Ibs and has exceeded 1,000 yards 3 times in his 9 year CFL career.

Canadian DT Keith Shologan from Central Florida is spending his first full season as a starter and has done great so far. He's a little undersized at 290 but he has great speed and motor and good strength as well.

The Edmonton Eskimos will start 9 whites against Saskatchewan with the injury to LB Mark Restelli. They have 4 white starters on the O-Line with every position except RG.

DT Justin Brown out of East Central Oklahoma is the only white starter on the defensive line although DE Justin Cooper also sees playing time.

Because of the injury to white safety Elliott Richardson, the Eskimos are starting another white safety, Saleem Borhot, a Canadian of Lebanese descent. Borhot is a rookie who was chosen in the 2nd round of the 2010 CFL draft and the Eskimos are very high on him as he has looked good so far this season. He is a physical 6'3 and has good athleticism.

Quarterback Ricky Ray (Sacramento State) spent a few years in the NFL but has had a long and successful CFL career. He is a pocket passer, which is rare in the CFL, and is an extremely accurate thrower of the football. He excels in putting a great touch on the football, which black QBs just can't seem to do.

Andrew Nowacki (Murray State) is normally Edmonton's only starting white receiver. He has never exceeded 500 yards receiving in his 7 years with the Eskimos, but he is a quick player with great hands.

Veteran receiver Andre Talbot was traded to Edmonton from Toronto in the offseason after missing the entire 2009 season due to injury. He has yet to record any stats in 2010 but he is definitely a player to watch after he got 915 receiving yards in 2008. He will get the start on Saturday because of an injury to the black receiver ahead of him. He is a possession receiver.

NOTE: Edmonton's 3rd string QB is 2007 Fiesta Bowl hero Jared Zabransky.

Catch the game Saturday on NFL Network at 4:00 PM ET.Edited by: TorontoArgos

i'm glad you posted this, Toronto Argos. i was thinking about Dressler earlier today and wondering when he'd be on the non-White FL Network again.

if i'm not mistaken, his team is undefeated in this young season, as well. Edited by: Jimmy Chitwood

Yes, that is correct Jimmy.

I forgot to mention Dressler's Roughriders are 2-0 this season. The Eskimos are 0-2.

Here are the highlights from the Roughriders' last game which was not on NFL Network.Edited by: TorontoArgos

Doesn't make any sense why Crouch would be 3rd string. The CFL seems fair to whites at some positions but not so much at quarterback from the games I have seen the past few years. I mean they have a couple of good non white qbs and they had a great one a long time ago in Warren Moon, but there shouldn't be that many in the CFL. Seems like they could get more talented guys like Todd Reesing, but he was cut by the Roughriders, who I think could be much better than Durant.

No clue how this guy is still on a roster:

Adrian McPherson, supposedly he is being groomed to be Montreal's qb in the future, but is in a battle with Chris Leak.

Here is a picture of him baffled by the Saints complex offense, that was already simplified for Aaron Brooks.
Saints%20-%20McPherson%20-%20Not%20Under%20Center.gif

Question is, why the hell is that guard not saying anything with that guy's up there haha?

He is also known for being hit by a mascot on a golf cart.

Crouch was one of the most screwed white athletes in the history of the affirmative action NFL. He could have been a great quarterback who would also be a threat to rush for 1,000 yards every year. He also could have been a receiver, cornerback, or even a tailback. Instead he had to play in the CFL. His tremendous athletic ability was wasted so that some afflete could play in the NFL instead.

Crouch got screwed no doubt. Crouch was extremely popular too, similar to Tebow's popularity which is why the system destroyed him like they're still trying to do with Tim. Crouch had the potential to be a great QB (a much better and smarter version of Vick) or RB which was unacceptable toe the system. Crouch HAD to be a slot WR or FS to play and his being adamant about playing QB did him in IMHO.
