Quick question... Anyone think that there is a chance of this kid going pro after his senior year. I have been watching him develop since a sophmore at pitt.... He is getting better every year. He has the size and a great arm to be an NFL QB.


Just a junior... so he will have another year to go!

He has a lot of talent. He'd have been better off if Walt Harris, who has a knack for grooming QBs,had stayed as the head coachat Pitt, butHarris was driven out of town and asa result Palko went back a few steps in his development this seasonunder the new, dubious Dave Wannstedt regime.


Palkohas the size, intelligence and arm, and decent mobility too. He also has strong leadership skills and will do whatever it takes to win a game. Sounds like the ingredients for an NFL quarterback to me.Edited by: Don Wassall

Unfortunately Dave Wannstedt is coaching him.... The same guy who thought Jay Fiedler was better than Drew Brees and Trent Green. That might set back his development as a QB. If I were him, I would be looking to transfer right about now
