Well Heap had another good game last night. He had a very good
game last week. During the game the announcers said that that
Heap is in a very compeditive position, then displayed the yardage and
rececptions of the two tight ends that made the pro bowl (both of which
were brothers from other mothers) Heap's receptions, TD's and
yardage were right up there with both of them. And I'm sure his
numbers became better than the other two after last nights game.
WTF is going on when someone makes the pro bowl before the season is
over and all the stats have been tabulated. It's obviously a beauty
pagent and window dressing when one guy makes it over another that has better numbers than he does.

You're absolutely right about that. Picking thesupposed best at their positionswhen two games, or one-eighth of the season, remains to be played? That's likevoting forthe AL and NL MVPs at the beginning of September.

It's all a popularity contest, dominated by the artificially engineered dominant race in the sport, but at least give it some credibility and start the selection process after the regular season ends.
