The Titans must be gluttons for punishment. They're bringing back Justin McCareins, recently cut by the Jets. This guy can't catch the ball for love or money.
Unbelievable that guys like this just keep getting another, and another and another chance.
Then of course, with the Titans, there's the small point that Vince Young can't get the ball to the receivers anyway. Great combination.
