I know its early but I've been a Tigers fan all my life and it's nice to see them off to a good start (5-0) after so many years of losing. Don't know how long it will last but it's fun to watch. Anyone see Justin Verlander yesterday with his 100mph fastball. Nasty. Also, Shelton is hitting the lights out but like I said it's early.

I'm really cheering for Shelton this season, lets hope he keeps it up.

Shelton has cooled off but the pitching is on fire. Swept the Twins..outscored'em 33-1. They look for real.

I always like to see teams that have sucked for a long time start winning again, but in the Tigers' case,we must remember that Pudge Rodriguez was a total a-hole last season, and he blamed all his problems, and the team's, on Alan Trammell - and the Tigers ,instead of kicking "pudge"'s fat ugly ass out, fired Trammell!!I won't pull for them.

The AL Central is definitely the most underrated division in the AL.

Here we are at 30-14! Our starting pitching is the best in baseball. That Verlander kid looks like he could be another Randy Johnson. He was hitting 99 mph on the gun in the ninth inning against the Royals last night. Also I'm happy for Kenny Rogers...after the beating the casties gave him last year over that non-incident it's nice to see him succeed.

Yo Don, how about a little attention for my man Verlander!

You just gave him some.

The Tigers have been a forgotten team for so long, I'll have to start paying closer attention.
