Gasol proving soft label doesn't suit European NBA stars

Two Years Later, Gasol Makes Contact

The first time I heard the term SOFT was on a player named David Robinson. Another player named Charles Smith was given such label also.

I want him to get a ring. One thing is for sure, Pau Gasol brings it every night. No one out works this guy. He is blessed with great athletecism and an even greater toughness and work ethic. He simply will not be outmuscled or out hustled!

Pau did get a ring last year, but it would be nice to have a second ring for the other hand, to balance him out.

Gasol has been a man among boys down in the post during the NBA finals. He has guarded Garnett very well and is far and away the second best player in the series after Kobe(Rondo third). He seems to have added some weight and strength to his lower body and still retained his athleticism.
