I'd say the latter, as LB James Harrison did basically the same thing the previous week but is still on the team.
When the Steelers signed Wilson after his lousy output with the 49ers, there was oohing and aahing about his alleged speed. Yet in three seasons with the Steelers Wilson put up 0, 1 and 1 touchdown. What production! In his zero touchdown year, '05, Wilson had a decent playoff game during the Steelers' Super Bowl run, which was all the drunk white fans needed to sing his praises and push for him to be a starter the following season. A white WR with the same output would have been public enemy number one and run out of town.
The sheer number of black athletes arrested for assaulting their wives and girlfriends is phenomenal, undoubtedly just the tip of the iceberg when it comes to the ones who don't get arrested for it. Yet there's never been an article in the feminist dominated media about this -- guess they're justtoo busy devising TV and movie scripts where white men are rapists, abusers, etc. Edited by: Don Wassall

I wouldnt worry too much about Harrison, he trailed off bigtime after his "phenomonal" game against godaweful Steve McNair and the pathetic Ravens. Harrison is a young Joey Porter with much less talent (and Porter never had much to begin with). Like Porter, he sprinkles in a couple flashy plays (usually once every 3 games) and makes very few tackles otherwise. This type of sporatic play has become quite acceptable among "athletic LBs."
The sacred Ravens game, for which Harrison will be given years of free starting LB spots, will be his last hurrah with the drunken white idiots. Eventually, after millions of wasted dollars, they'll wonder what this baffoon has done for them lately...

Naturally, Wilson's "girlfriend" was yet another brainwashed, idiotic 26 year old white woman (Lindsey Paulat). She was recently arrested for firing shots and having a 12-hour standoff with police. Before the standoff, it's reported that Wilson encouraged her to commit suicide. As is customary with interracial relationships, they have a young daughter together out of wedlock.
I wonder if she'll be so eager to be a "white trophy wife" to an NFL deliquent in the future? Maybe next time she'll pick a black player that actually got to the NFL based on his own talent, rather than his skin color and endlessly hollow hype....in that case, she might be single forever.
