Here are three of the best players I saw all summer, who aren't known nationally but are the type who end up winning games for Northern Iowa or St. Mary's in March.

Joe Hanstad 6-4 Sr Dickinson, ND (Boise State): Big, strong college-ready athlete who can get his shot off easily, and carry a team for stretches offensively. Elevates well, and can create off the dribble.

Bryce Douvier 6-6 Gr Sedgwick, KS (Fork Union Military): Gordon Hawyard-esque, one dribble and dunk from 20 feet. Good on the glass, hard to cover because he's big for a guard, quick for a forward.

Sean Sheldon 6-9 Jr Traverse City, MI: Liked him because even playing up a year, took no sh*t from the black players. Highly skilled inside-outside scorer, plays hard on defense and glass and can really run the floor.
