Sasha Pavlovic

I just wanted to start a thread on Sasha Pavlovic of the Cleveland Cavs.He is quickly becoming one of the most exciting players in the nba.He has been playing stellar defense and has been having a block party similar to Kirilenko of Utah.They are playing the Nets and he has blocked Vince Carter several times.He is totally hanging with a all star who is one of the most athletic guys to ever play.

Sasha has no weaknesses.He can hit the three,take you off the dribble,and he can dunk on anyone!We need to keep an eye on him.The Cavs are a fun team to watch with him and the Z Man on the inside.Check out Youtube.com and you can see countess videos of Sasha in action including some very nasty dunks.

He certainly has come out of nowhere this year with Coach Brown finally giving him a chance to play out of neccessity. However, in almost every national broadcast of Cavs games he is giving the faint praise"deceptive athleticism" or "he's more athletic than you might think". I have heard that too many times to count. His block on Kidd's layup the other day was sensational.

I like the look of this guy a lot aswell. I havent seen much of him but when I do get the chance he looks very impressive. Like you say white lightning he got some nasty dunk skills which will certainly go down well with the Cavs fans. I think it's good he has Lebron James on the same team because Pavlovic said in an interview that Lebron is helping him settle in a lot. Was nice to see Lebron set up Pavlovic for that dunk early on against the Nets. could be a very strong partnership next season.

These national commentators talk out of their ass all the time. Everyone in Cleveland knows how athletic Sasha is. Also props to the Z, Sasha, and the Cavs for coming back against the Detroit black Pistons.

I just want him to step up his scoring.He has not been getting the ball enough.They will need his help if they are going to win the NBA Championship.

I agree, he doesn't see enough of the ball. Not suprising though is it. I understand why the Cavs just give to Lebron all the time because he is in my view the most athletic basketball player especially for his size, but if the Cavs could give Sasha more of the ball he could take the pressure off Lebron as he has too much to do himself.
