maybe a scholarship to a top track and field american university would help him develop his natural talent

Guliyev straightens up to quick and his stride is short and quick. I mentioned this before, he almost has a similar style of running to Michael Johnson. His body structure seems to be closer to Johnson in having a longer torso and shorter legs, where Lemaitre is longer legged with a shorter trunk. Maybe Clyde Hart can come outretirementand coach the White Johnson?

He has no drive phase. I expected more from him by now. What is the coaching staff thinking? Even a casual fan knows you have to get low and drive to build up power and speed.

The other thing I noticed is that Ramil wanted to shake Dwain Chambers hand and Dwain ignorred him. What a joke. Class act that Chambo is.

Ramil won another race today in a time of 10.11 but it wasn't wind legal. Hopefully the conditions will be better the next time out. I really want him to have a big summer.

He had a tailwind of 3.1 so it was way too strong. He beat some really good sprinters though and as they say a win is a win!

now he is really stronger and faster, he will run about 20.00 in this season. His results in exercises say that.

That's good news, Azerisprinter. We have trouble finding information on Guliyev, so please feel free to post anything you learn. Do you know anything about his upcoming schedule for the rest of the year? Also, will he be concentrating primarily on the 200?

Welcome to the board azerisprinter. You will like it here as we support all athletes of european ancestry. The only place on the internet specifically for white athletes in all sports. We also discuss other topics as well. We have had some pro athletes come here but most of us are former athletes, current athletes, or just fans of sport. <div></div><div></div>Do you know when Ramils next few races are? If you could post a schedule, it would be appreciated. Thanks again and post as often as you want. We love athletics here and I am a huge sprint fan.

Have RG and CL ever competed against each other in the 100 or 200?

Yes as juniors. I recall Lemaitre beating him in the European Junior Championships over the 100 meter distance. It was 2 years ago and both looked like future stars in the sport. Guliyev's personal bests were both set in his final junior season and he made the world 200 meter final in 09' .

you are defenetly right when compareing Ramil with Johonson, but Ramil's way of running is the idea of his coach, the main principle of thisconcept is lumbar lordosis, this effect keep your power for overcoming<div>impacts from the track(when you run so fast).</div><div></div><div>i am not so fluent in scientific einglish to write my idea clearly for you.</div>

he don't want to run 100m faster than he was,his goal is 200m, now the main question is - what country get Ramil, Azerbaijan or Turkey?

azerisprinter</span>: I am curious would Ramil consider moving to train to the US or jamaica in the future, Is he training to his full ability in turkey, what type of workouts does he follow long to short aproach or short to long is there an emphasis on weight training ? i truly beleive he is the future in the 200m similar progression to Michael Johnson maybe he can go faster he seem to be blessed with more speed.</font></span></span>

i think his main goal will be 200m
so less than 20.20, around 20.00 or 20.10 depending on the weather

he can't run for another country than azerbaidjan until 5 april 2014

i think it's a shame, because he was offered a lot of money to run for turkey, and the training conditions are better
