Cooper out of Clearwater is a Matt Jones type two sports athlete. want measurables: 4.37 40, 40+ vertical. A safety-returner--multipositional football player is also a baseball outfielder. At the National Showcase recently he posted the third fastest time in the 60: 6.29.. That is a fast time but checking out the times there I have to think they are not accurate. The fastest was a 6.19 and a ton of guys ran a 6.6.. That does not compute. Still given his 4.37 speed safe to say he runs a 6.4 like 60. He is big too.6'2=+ plus 200+ lbs. All the big boys are recruiting him. From what I can tell he has a better football future than baseball. Rocket arm though. just a terrific all around athlete.
