I was a backup for this guy in high school. Great work ethic, lot of heart and dedication. He played both sides of the ball high school. I remember driving home after two a days, and seeing Noah at the middle school with strength shoes and a parashute. One game he played w/ 102 degree temp, was throwing up on the sidelines, and only came off the field for special teams. This guy never gives up. He was only 240 when we graduated in 2003, and he's listed at 305 now! He has recorded a bench press of 465lbs.(around 350 in H.S.) with a squat at 600lbs.(480 in H.S.) and also has run the 40-yard dash in 4.91 seconds(down from a 5.04). Here's a nice little article about this White monster.

I just looked and Dierking is one of only two "3-star" white RB's that I saw ranked on Rivals.com. The other is JJ DiLuigi who's going to BYU. There are a number of other 2-star prospects that are all going to the usual suspects: Boise St., Colo St, et cetera.
