Why was the USA team ALL-black? Oh, wait, let me guess.. it's because NIKE sponsors it...

The USA beat the World team, but I see something odd with the World roster..

Kyle Wiltjer F 6'10'' 221 1992 Canada Jesuit HS (Portland, OR)
Dario Saric F 6'9'' 190 1994 Croatia KK Dubrava Zagreb
Davis Bertans F 6'7'' 205 1992 Latvia Union Olimpija Jr. Team
Mateusz Ponitka G 6'5'' 190 1993 Poland AZS Politechnika
Kevin Pangos G 6'1'' 178 1993 Canada Dr.Dennison HS (Ont)
Evan Fornier G 6'6'' 185 1992 France Union Poitiers
Raul Togni Neto G 6'2'' 195 1992 Brazil Pitagoras Minas Tenis Club
Lucas Riva Nogueira C 7'0'' 225 1992 Brazil Estudiantes
Przemyslaw Karnowski C 7'0'' 269 1993 Poland Sport School Cetniewo
Guo Ailun G/F 6'4'' 180 1993 China Laioning
Bismack Biyombo F/C 6'9'' 240 1992 Congo Baloncesto Fuenlabrada

Two Poles, but ZERO Ukrainians or Lithuanians! In general, Poland is not considered to be good in basketball, so odd this is.

So, pardon me, if I don't think that the best World players' were there. Not one Russian either. Also, Nogueira is a black Brazilian, and I don't recall him doing anything positive.

Davis Bertans looked good, and he has good feet on defense. Ponitka, one of the Poles, did some good things.

I also doubt that the 'World team' had much time "to practice together".. while the bruthas on the USA team already know each other's games. I think there's some importance in cataloging events like this.. pitting the USA team against the World's "C Team?".. I got it, Zios!
