Nick is getting a chance to step in for an injured 345 pounder Kemoeatu. Let's hope he gets the gig and proves you do not have to be a road block in order to be a succesful defensive tackle.

Nice thing about Hayden is that he was a late season pickup with Panthers last year, and now is solidifying himself with Carolina.

Yeah, I heard about Kemoeatu going down the other day. Hopefully he and Brayton have great years playing on the same d-line.

Hey everyone! Just wanted to plug Nick Hayden a little. I played with him in high school (he was a year younger) and am proud of how he did this year. He racked up 30 tackles and 1.5 sacks despite limited playing time in the DT rotation. Hopefully next year he gets a chance to more prolonged playing time.<div>
</div><div>He is great worker and solid athlete. He should have a nice, long career. Hopefully, he can get some more PT next year and surprise some people.</div>
