I was going to comment on this, but you have pointed everything out from yesterday’s game. It was the CBS game on my neck of the woods and the Vikings are a CF favorite, so I watched the game in its entirety. Cousins had a lousy game, that rating of 90 is hugely misleading and perhaps the rating system should be revised. He definitely missed a wide open Thielen early on what would’ve been a long TD since Thielen had beaten his man. In a defensive struggle against a tough opponent on the road, that play could’ve completely changed the complexion of the game. Cousins is making $28 million per year. That’s franchise QB money, that’s the guy who goes on the road in a hostile environment and pulls out a victory. The Vikings were a QB away from being a Super Bowl team, instead they are now the worst team in their own division, largely due to poor play by Cousins. I believe he’s something like 4-27 against teams with winning records, certainly not a big-game QB. Pointing out these facts is not anti-white bias. The Vikings have all the pieces to be a legit contender, but right now, their QB is holding them back.
