cool list.. hard to argue with the top 2.
I was looking at Steve McNair's #s after reading this.. I didn't remember he was a pro bowler as late as 2005, but in that pro bowl season; he only won 4 games @ QB. Strangely low standard (?)

I actually think the gap between McNair & DeBerg is slimmer than 6 spots. DeBerg had some similar 10/11 win seasons (starting) like McNair. In the real late 80s in KC, DeBerg was getting double digits wins, one season he only threw 4 ints (not bad), but not sure who DeBerg would jump over on the list.. maybe Mariucci comes down & DeBerg goes to #9.

On Deberg, they repeated Bill Walsh's evaluation: "Steve Deberg is good enough to get you beat."

The biggest argument was whether Young or Largent was Number One.
