They would rather have Dirrell - who Froch already defeated - than Froch himself?

Bute-Froch is a better matchup. Bute should win and then take care of the latest Great Black Dope, Andre Ward.

RDS (Montreal, Canada based sports television channel) has reported today that Lucian will be fighting Carl Froch on May 12 in Nottingham, England.

That is fantastic news and thank God for Lucian circumventing those clowns at Showtime who clearly don't have Lucian's best interests in mind. Bunch of jerks running that network and HBO as well.

As a HUGE Bute fan I am slightly worried about fighting in England due to possibility of getting robbed. Though, I prefer Bute to be fighting in England than USA. I should also note that for the most part England has good decisions.

But anytime you fight in someone else's country or hometown you are *taking a risk*.

In a fairly officiated fight I would strongly favour Bute to beat Froch, and most likely I think Bute should knock Froch out.

However, if the fight goes to the cards, you do worry of Bute getting screwed in England. Probably won't happen considering he's the champ, and Im sure his team will get good judges. I also feel that Bute will dominate Froch. However in the event of a close fight, there is a chance Bute can lose it on the cards.

But I suppose Bute is in a career position where he needs to compromise (for example, leaving Montreal to fight in England) to gain ground.

A win over Froch - better a KO win - will put him above Ward in the minds of logical fans.

It will be a more entertaining fight than Froch vs Ward as Lucian's style is much more fan friendly but i expect Bute to win comfortably.

Bute will be fighting African (born on Swedish soil, a foreigner) "Badou Jack" Saturday April 30, in Washington D.C.. Fight is promoted by Weasel Promotions Inc. (Mayweather clan). Obviously the African is the home town favorite and will be given every possible advantage by the promoters, arena, sanctioning gangsters, referee, and as importantly, the judges. Do not expect a win; do not hope for a win; do not think a win is likely. Bute needs a knockout to win which may not be easy because Jackass is still fresh and has a decent chin while Bute is wearing out and doesn't throw enough to accumulate damage for a late round knock out. Bute was stupid to take the fight in D.C. anyway because he could be fighting before thousands in either Montreal or Quebec city.

I like Bute with a spectacular KO upset of Jack. Bute looked good in his loss to top tier mixed English fighter (can't recall the name right now). Bute will bring it and shock and send the negroes home bummed. LOL

Looking forward to Bute to re-establish himself as a top contender in the 168 lbs class by beating Jack. He looks to be well conditioned.

A tough Mexican Medina just beat DeGale from ring post to ring post. Yet Wash DC stole the fight from him. I had him winning by 2 or 3 points, yet 2 of the judges had the fight 117 to 110! LOL. F'ning corrupt sport. DeGale face all busted up. Medina face like he walked through a park.

Hoping Bute can send those rotten negroes home with their heads down.

I said above there is little hope for anyone against a black in USA boxing with those crooked judges. All of USA is "hometown" for blacks in this Casted Scripted Sputtered World.

A lot of Bute fans at the fight. Hopefully if Bute wins they can out to their UBER cars without getting gang assaulted. The fight starts in 5 mins.

Watched the fight for 7 rounds. Can't watch anymore. This is a set-up/sparring match. Bute is just moving, jittering, and tapping Jack; his punches are just at Jack but with no intention to punch hard and through. Jack is playing the winner and they touch gloves after every round. Goodbye Bute; nice watching you before you met up with Froch. Now you're an actor.

Bute fought a courageous fight. He came on strong the last 3 rounds, winning the last 3 rounds.. He was winning. But did not win enough rounds. I think all the wars caught up with Bute. He was not fluid, too herky jerky. Jack is one of the few black fighters who knows how to go to the body. He did it with effectiveness. For some reason Bute never did. Bute should retire. He doesn't have it anymore. Wow!!! I thought Jack won, but they called it a draw! Guess they felt guilty for DeGale fight.

Bute lives to fight another day! If I am Bute get Virgil Hunter. Or Abe Sanchez. For the winner of the DeGale vs Jack.

An investment fight. A draw to keep Jack and Bute intact. Saw it happening before the end; a scripted piece of entertainment.
I don't believe Bute was in on the scripted part tho. close fight. Bute is just not fluid anymore. Hope he seeks out a better trainer.

Waste of time a new trainer; doesn't throw a straight punch. He moves so much but not into the right places. He's just collecting right now; no intention of trying to be the champion anymore.
