Lorena Ochoa has surpassed Annika Sorenstam and is now dominating women's golf. She won the Kraft Nabisco Championship yesterday, the first major of the season for the LPGA, giving her two majors in a row going back to last year. And the worship of her by fans and media alike has gone into Michelle Wie-like overdrive of late.

Why? Because she's Mexican. She appears to be at least 7/8 European descended, but the Caste agenda, powered by an overarching globalist agenda, has made her the poster girl for U.S.-Mexican relations. During the Kraft-Nabisco tournament many fans waved Mexican flags, and asOchoa sank the winning putt on the 72nd hole, a Mexican macarena band began playing boistrously as she exited the green. References by the Caste announcers to her Mexican ancestry and how proud she is of it were practically non-stop.

The tournament was held in Southern California, so it was the perfect location for the media to joyfully hype the new demographics of the state as we all cheerfully move toward the "North American Union." The only thing I can see slowing down the Worship Lorena Caste Cult now is a revival by Wie, which appears unlikely any time soon.

You got that right, Don...Annika after all was a little too "Nordic" for the caste media...her only value to the caste was playing against men in the Colonial Open. She was becoming the white Tiger Woods. Can't have that...

From Doug Ferguson, AP's chief golf writer whose articles are carried in sports pages across the country:

"Of all the trophies Lorena Ochoa has collected since her magical hands first touched a golf club, one of her favorite mementos is a photograph taken when she was 12, standing beside a teenager who even then looked like a giant in the game.

"Her head doesn't quite reach the shoulders of 17-year-old Tiger Woods.

"They posed in 1993 after Ochoa won her age division for the fourth straight year at the Junior World Golf Championship.. . Woods' eyes lit up when he saw the Mexican phenom, and he wrote an extensive message on the photo before signing it. Now they are linked by more than just a snapshot. . .

"It was only three years ago that similar comparisons were made between Woods and [Annika] Sorenstam, who dominated women's golf for five years. Sorenstam won six of her first eight tournaments in 2005, including the first two majors, by wearing down the field with her consistent, precise, robotic play.

"Ochoa brings far more sizzle, not to mention power, and it shows in how badly she is crushing her competition. . ."

Hmm, so the "robotic," charisma-challenged Sorenstam didn't getany Tiger comparisons (if she did at all) until after dominating the women's tour for five years, while the charisma-filled Ochoais being"linked" to Tiger afterless than a year of domination? No, there's no agenda here, move along.

The treatment of Ochoa has now advanced to the National Lampoonish stage routinely given heretofore only to Tiger Woods: "Ochoa Four Off Lead After Windblown 73" is the headline in the local rag. Might as well read "Gaggle of High-Motor Nameless Overachievers Surprisingly Ahead of Ochoa After First Round."

BTW, 21 year old white woman Paula Creamer won the playoff on Monday to win the Semgroup (?) Open, so Lorena Ochoa's win streak is over.

Media worship of The Amazon still trumps that of Mexico's Only Prominent Athlete. From the local rag: "At Williamsburg, Va., the booming drives were there, but more often than not, Michelle Wie didn't know where they were going in her first round on the LPGA Tour since February.

"The best scores, as usual, belonged to just about everyone else -- a course record-tying 63 by Scotland's Mhairi McKay, and a potential battle looming between Lorena Ochoa and Annika Sorenstam in the Michelob Ultra Open at Kingsmill.

"Once the most heralded young player in the women's game, Wie managed one birdie in a zig-zagging 4-over 75 on a soggy day. . ."

On a sidebar, I'm surprised the Cultural Marxist totalitarian Nanny State allows a tournament with the name of a beer company in it. After all, some gullible American might decide to drink a few Michs, somehow manage toavoid all the Nazi-like DUI roadblocks on his way home, and plow into a crowd of people on a street corner.
