Lions sign Looker

In a surprising move, the Lions have signed Dane Looker, a white wide receiver who actually started a few games for the Rams last year, and released a black wide receiver. I can't believe its likely that both Looker and Standeford would make the team though.

Here's an article on Looker being signed by the Lions. It notes that John Standeford is back practicing again. Nothing against Looker but he's 33 and is never going to be a prominent NFL receiver at this point in his career. Standeford can be, but if he gets cut this summer he's most likely finished in the virulently anti-white football league that serves as the country's unofficial religion.

Matt Stafford has tons of talent/potential with a laser arm, so hopefully Calvin Johnson gets double-teamed & Standeford gets lots of reps!

Used to have a lot of fun watching Looker. He may have already been screwed by the CS, but I'll be happy if he gives the affletes on team a run for their money.
