Tell me why this isn't a bigger story.

The Jaguars are the only team to have an ALL-BLACK quarterback roster. Even their Practice squad quarterback is BLACK! They don't have ONE white quarterback. Ok, that is suspicious right off the bat. Why? Because the majority of quarterbacks that can play in the NFL are white. Now, this is where it starts getting sketchy. The head of personnel (the guy in charge of getting players) on the Jaguars is James Harris, a former black quarterback in the NFL.

Coincidence that the guy in charge of signing players is black as is the entire quarterback roster? I think not. Plus he was a former black quarterback which makes him feel more "martyr-like."

Matt Jones had a better passer rating in college and ran for more yards than Michael Vick! Yet Michael Vick was the huge No. 1 draft pick and was never forced to transfer to WR. The crowd at Jacksonville should be screaming for Garrad and Gray to be injured so Matt Jones can have a chance at QB. They did it with Chandler at Atlanta with Vick.

Why is this not a huge story? I know if some white GM stocked one position of ALL-White especially a position where it's rare to see them, maybe CORNERBACK, it would be a huge STORY.

This is disgusting in today's NFL. No one notices the other side of racism.

Gray (the backup black QB) threw 2 interceptions out of 8 completed passes on Monday night.
He was AWFUL. James Harris doesn't sign the best quarterbacks. He
signs who's black.

Those completely incompetent members of the media are only interested in showing blacks in human interest stories such as: growing up without a father, being from a ghetto, being poor, etc.

The members of the media aren't as stupid or blind as well all think they are. They're snakes in the grass, and sports coverage is the best way to hide that fact.

All in all, I'm very happy that the Jags will be losing all their games with fatboy Quinn Gray as the QB. He sucks, for real. Hopefully he'll be injured...that way the most incredible combination of size and speed to ever play in the NFL can ACTUALLY GET ON THE FIELD! Matt Jones is right to play "with bad body language," the QB's trying to throw the ball to him are fat, slow, inaccurate, and have no touch (you know, EVERY quality a NFL QB should possess).

Whatever, the NFL has become too sickeningly pointless to me, I think others will be changing their minds soon enough...

Interesting; I remember James Harris well from my early football-watching career. The media made a big deal out of him, though he was something of a choke artist (unlike all black QBs today, of course, who NEVER choke under pressure). It was fun to watch the then-white Vikings knock him out of the playoffs.

imagine Jason Sehorn taking over as Giants GM and then proceeding to stack his roster with 10 white defensive backs

Since the media will never report this kind of bias then I guess the best alternative is for the Jaguars QBs to suck sooo badly that they'll be forced to usher in a white QB. If Harris still doesn't bring in a real QB then hopefully he'll get canned. Screw Jacksonville and may they continue their losing ways!!

Yeah, this is ridiculous. I really want to be an investigative reporter and interview college coaches and NFL coaches and GM's and players like Dustin Fox and Luke Staley who were discriminated against in their careers because they played "black" positions. That would be a hell of a story. I know ESPN is doing some investigative reporting .. I think it's called E:360, I wish they would do the story that white players are discriminated against.

Gentlemen,

This is no time to be looking backwards (that's what black people do). Changes are coming. I'm like you guys. I feel bad for those White players who got the dirty end of the stick. But that can't be helped now. It's water under the bridge. We must look to the younger White guys now. They're going to get a better deal. The blacks have shot themselves in the foot. What's bad for business is what can't be tolerated and that's where blacks have steped over the line. They're bad for business.

This year is just the start of things. Next year will bring more White players to the fore. This means all positions. It's my opinion that the black experiment at QB position will peter out now. I think everybody has seen about enough now. Looks like Rush Limbaugh was right on the mark when he made his comment about people wanting a black to succeed at QB. Didn't happen.
