Hester ran a 4.49 in high school at a nike all star camp to say he is slow is racist B.S. brought on by the white media's insistance, that he must not be real as a player or a freak of nature. Give em hell Jacob make us all proud monday night as you lead your team to victory. I think he gets drafted high and plays running back at the next level what helps him the most is he is doing this in the semi-pro SEC leauge against SEC talent week in and week out that has to bode well for him at the next level. Like I always say you can't hide facts.

Have you guys ever heard the saying Elvis lives? He will tonight or at least his biggest fan in the world possibly. Jacob Hester is the ultimate player for kids to look up to. He loves Elvis and all of the good oldies music, he is married and is a pleasure to be around.

Jacob is the type of player that kids used to look up to. We can only hope that there are many more out there just like him. He is an athletic gym freak who is the strongest player on their team and boy can he run. He will run for over a 100 yards tonight in a close hard fought win i.m.o. Good luck to Hester and the rest of the LSU Tigers.

I am surprised more of you on this site aren't impressed with his speed 4.49 in the 40 yard dash. Hester is the total package. He ran 4.49 in high school I bet he is faster now.Edited by: White Power

White Power, I posted a blog/bulletin about Jacob and his speed and how he is being unjustly branded by some as slow and not a top notch RB on 4 different myspace sites I have access to, so at least 750 different people COULD HAVE read about him and his 4.49 speed today. I think his speed is a big deal, although I haven't been able to post much about it on here lately. I also mentioned how that is faster than many starting NFL RBs. Keep running Jacob!

Check out this quote from Ohio State star James Laurinaitisabout Jacob:

"People really don't know how fast he is. You see him pulling away from people. I watched one defensive back get an interception, and Hester hawked the DB down. So he's not just a tough guy....If I could play running back, I'd definitely want to be him".

Jacob, tonight will be your night. You've got a ton of support from people all over the world. You've earned everything you've ever gotten.

Jacob Hester, what a role model for young white males. You will always have the support of these loyal white men on this powerful forum.

Backrow, the quote was in today's USA Today, 2nd page of the Sports section. One cover story is on Hester and the other is on Laurinaitis.

Did anyone else catch the end of the NFL broadcast on Fox tonight? When they do their Fox Sports conclusion at the end, "home of the World Series, Nascar, etc." For "home of the BCS" they used the clip of Hester with a great run against VT. In these situations on TV they rarely show white athletes carrying a football, so I gotta give them props on that

Do announcers even do any research anymore when it comes to their in game analysis?!!I'm starting to think that these stereotypes are due to shear laziness.

Listen to the announcer after Hester runs over Florida safety Major Wright - just a fantastic display of speed and power tainted by a dumb, caste whore.

It goes something like this: "Everyone says put in the fast guy (code for black player), put in the fast guy; I like this guy, never fumbles..."

A 4.49 timed in highschool and greater strength than your offensive line! He's a phenomenal athlete, not a throwback, nor an overachiever, nor a guy who finds a way.

You're completely correct, Alpha Male. The announcer was former NFL quarterback Gary Danielson. He did a lot of LSU's games on CBS. He's a total Caste whore, and is so dumb hedoesn't even realize what he's saying. He basically just makes a lot of really stupid comments, and its obvious he doesn't do much pre-game preparation. He just relies on his 'abundance of football knowledge' since he was such a stud QB in the NFL.

Agree about Danielson. Never fails to speak in Caste System-ese. Absolutely one of the worst offenders among announcers.

yet another "praising" article that inevitably casts Hester in fullback role... oh, and according to the "expert", he will get drafted in 4th or 5th round...
smiley11.gif

"Hester obviously loved carrying the ball most of the time this season at tailback, but he did not complain about the move to fullback this week. He took it head on.

"I played a lot of fullback at LSU, and it's been fun to get back in that role and bust some heads," Hester said. "It's been something I've been trying to work on and I'm glad I got the chance to do it here. They've obviously seen me play tailback, so I want to prove that I can do both."

why do they insist on making a 5-10 guy who carried his team to a national championship from the tailback spot a "fullback"?

it's as obvious as the skin on his face.

WOW!!! This is looking like Brian Leonard II all over again. When are these white RBs going to grow some balls and demand that they are a tailback and don't want to be anyone's lead blocker biatch! Hester is a tool just like Leonard. He's the next Tom Rathman. HORAY!!!!

I apologize if I missed this somewhere on the thread, but can anyone post a link to verify Hester's 40 time?

Hester got one carry for 5 yards and caught 1 ball for 9 in the senior bowl... was used pretty much as fullback only.

Hester is a tool "team" player type of guy so he's definitely going to be a lead blocker at the next level. Gotta love that team first attitude!

Y'all may be right, but I hope you are all wrong. I would hope that one man out of the crop of white RBs to go into the NFL over the next couple of years will actually get some carries. Its tough to have such an infusion without making some kind of dent, whether its because of fair treatment, injuries to team-mates or something else.
