It's a great website. A lot of the old timers weren't on steroids, so their routines are much better for natural guys.

None of them were. I believe that steroids first starting getting used around 1960.

You are pretty much on target. There was some dabbling in the 50s with weightlifters and bodybuilders, with stories of some guys having some pretty nasty side effects, but the availability of dianbol in the 1960s caused things to explode. It only makes sense to read how to train naturally from people who ..... actually trained naturally. All of the magazines are geared for juicers, and most personal trainers are geared for women and homos.

Again, thanks for that link. There are some gems on there. For one thing the muscle heads of yesteryear seem to have had some education. I know they probably had help with the writing, but the audience would have to be more astute than our present DWFs to understand a lot of it.

It's a shame it has shut down, it had some really good material. Did it have a forum? I can't remember. If not, maybe that's why it wasn't getting enough visitors.

Here is a cool workout, but it takes time to get this skilled. One thing I used to do for wrestling was to take some old dishtowels, get them damp, and wrap them around my pull-up bar hanging from them. It helps improve your grip strength.
