Glitches with the Discussion Board

It's great to go over 1,000 posts just in the NFL section! Keep up the good work everyone.

The traffic to Caste Football continues to go up every month. According to the latest Alexa ratings we now rank 72,048 out of the many millions of sites on the Internet.

Unfortunately this board has developed a few glitches. For instance no new users have been able to register for at least 10 days. The only one who did notified me of the problem and I set him up through the admin end. There have undoubtedly been others that tried and gave up as we were getting about one new user per day there for a while.

I met with the tech people today and hopefully the problems are going to be fixed tomorrow. I hope we don't have to start over with a new board. In the meantime, if any registered users have any problems with the board please PM me and let me know what they are. Thanks for the message Don, my cousin tried to register Friday and couldn't. I'll tell him and one of my friends to try again in a couple of days. Please let us know if you find out more.

I have had trouble logging in. About half the time I am unable to log in. Sometimes if I try once or twice or leave and come back I can get in. It's not that big a deal for a die-hard like me but more casual users might get frustrated.

The log-in problem is one of the two biggest problems, along with the inability of anyone to register as a board user right now. The latest update I've been told is that the problems may be fixed by the end of tomorrow.
