Jann-Fiete Arp is an ultra talented German footballer of the Hamburg Academy. Arp is a winner of the extremely prestigious Fritz Walter Gold Medal, awarded annually to the top German youth footballers of various levels. Arp signed with Bayern and got a good taste of the first team competition, drawing the praises of Lewy and Mueller but Arp also learned he still needs to improve before he’s ready for the first team.

Named in honour of West Germany’s 1954 World Cup-winning captain, the Fritz Walter Medal is seen as the highest accolade for players in German youth football (U19 and U17, also previously U18).

The following article truly expands upon Arp’s character and talent as he light up the youth U17 level by scoring more goals than matches played etc etc.

In my opinion, the kid should probably be at a different club where he'll get ample playing time. He's never going to get on the pitch as a teammate of Lewandowski, it's seldom a good idea for a young player to sign with a title-winning club

He's at the perfect club and his time will come. Arp sees the big picture and is progressing well. Too often today's generation wastes great situations because of the need for instant gratification and selfish goals instead of championships.

It's almost a certainly that Tolisso is soon to leave one way or another from what I've heard. Cuisance turned 21 years old about a week ago and he's super talented. I'm betting Cuisance will be getting playing time next season and in the mix thereafter.
