Eric Reed is a minor league player with the Marlins. Very fast centerfielder. Ran a 4.2 forty in college at Texas A& M the same school that produced Jason Tyner. Tyner never cuaght on in the bigs despite his speed. Reed might. He is a little stronger and a better fielder. This year is key. Had some injuries last season.He is 24 and will likely start at Double A. Juan Pierre is CF for Marlins but his contract runs out soon. Reed is faster than Pierre and Pierre is fast. Hope Reed becomes Marlins full time CF next year.
