Judging from his NFL draft profile you would've thought he'd be a stud...

It's really sickening, even a guy who was great in college for a top ten Div. 1 team with "freak athleticism" gets screwed merely for the color of his skin. I thought Dustin was so talented, that even the caste zealots wouldn't be able to hold him back. However, I thought the same about Eddie Berlin, Kevin Kasper, Travis Jervey and Jesse Lumsden and you saw how that worked out.Edited by: ToughJ.Riggins

Couldn't they just allow 1 player who deserves it, to break down stereo-types about non black players? I guess it's too much to ask.

I remember all the coaches at Ohio St had nothing but good things to say about Dustin and they all raved about his athletic ability, especially how well he could jump. Although of course Jim Tressel's nephew(forget his name) who was one of the coaching assistants said he though Fox was one of the coach helpers when he first saw him; not a player. Gee I wonder why?

That sounds suspiciously like what happened to Brock Forsey, when Bears 'almost-a-coach' Lovie Smiff met him for the first time. He said that Forsey looked more like a team manager than a runningback. He also said that he didn't "look like" a runningback. Geee, I wonder why?. Whats the matter Lovie, Brock didn't have enough melanin and felony convictions for you? Edited by: Ground Fighter

Forsey was a force in college. He only ran a 4.6 40 yard but he has great quickness, cutback ability and power for his size. Forsey is alot like Emmitt Smith IMO.

Lovie Smith in my opinion has disdain for white players other than QB, OL, TE, LB, K, or Punter. He should have been reprimanded by the media and NFL for what those comments eluded to about Forsey. I think some of the black coaches, namely Crennel, Edwards and Dungy are some of the fairest coaches to whites in the league! I don't know about Art Shell, but the other 3 black coaches are not fair to whites! Though I think Dungy and Edwards are Mulatto. Does anyone know if they are?Edited by: ToughJ.Riggins

Edwards' mother is German. His father met her while stationed in Germany with the U.S. military.

Dungy looks to be half white but I don't know his ancestry.

If Dungy is half white, his son sure as hell hated his white ancestry if I remember correctly with his myspace page where he included many racist pictures and sayings etc.

If you look at Herm closely he looks very German looking. His first name is Herman which is a name after the teutonic warrior that ended the Roman advances into Germany. I have ancestors on my German side of the family that fought in the battle as that battle was fought where part of my paternal family is from.

The Teutonic warrior is strong in this one. He must be from the 'Black Forest.' [IMG]

Here is the battle I was talking about, it led to the rise of the Franks invading Gaul which later became France in french and Frankreich in German which literally means reign of the Franks........e Cherusci (German: Cherusker) were a Germanic tribe inhabiting parts of the northern Rhine valley and the plains and forests of northwestern Germany (between near modern Osnabrück and Hanover) during the 1st century BC and 1st century AD. The name describes a deer, German: Hirsch.

Their first known documentary mention occurs in Caesar's "De Bello Gallico", Book 6.10, which deals with events in 53 BCE.

As Rome tried to expand its reach in northern Europe beyond the Rhine, it exploited divisions within the tribal leadership of the Cherusci, and for some time the tribe was considered a Roman ally. By about 8 CE, however, the advocates of independence gained the upper hand.

In 9 CE, in the Battle of the Teutoburg Forest, an army of allied Germanic tribes (the Cherusci, Bructeri, Marsi, and Chatti) under the young Cheruscian war leader Arminius (Hermann der Cherusker) annihilated three Roman legions commanded by Publius Quinctilius Varus.

This crushing defeat stopped Rome's advance and compelled the empire, after a few more years of generally indecisive campaigning by Germanicus, to withdraw permanently behind the Rhine and Danube and the Limes fortification which was built in consequence of the loss at Teutoburg Forest to close the gap between the two river borders and prevent Germanic raids into Roman territory.

    white is right,
I'm very familiar with that bit of history. But its a bit of a stretch to think Edward's parents named him Herm after the Cheruscian.

I think they named him after Herman Goering.

Well Fox was cut a couple weeks ago by the Eagles. However, the Buffalo Bills have picked him up and put him on the practice squad. Hopefully Fox can see some action this season and prove why he started for 3 years at OSU(and over current starting CB for the Bills, Ashton Youboty).

It's a shame the way he keeps getting kicked around the league like a football. Every time a white receiver or cb shows skills in the NFL he is cut or demoted. Tight end they allow whites to play, but not cb or receiver. It would be nice on Sunday if we had ONE white running back to root for. This is not going to happen. They want to keep us out.

Unbelievable. He started in college over a player that starts for the Bills. It's going to take a Dustin Fox or a Kevin Kasper to come out publicly with the discrimination he has received by the NFL. Of course, doing so would be career ending suicide, but at this point so many white players are cut that at least one may feel they have nothing to lose. And if one has the courage to do so, other will too.

i think some of them might not even realize what's going on, they probably bought into this whole black athlete's superiority lie.

i just hope that Dustin will actually get on Buffalo's squad and eventually play as a starting cornerback. it's been, what, 7, 8 years since Sehorn started at CB for the Giants?

The powers-that-be who control the NFL will go to every extreme possible, in order to make a talented White player dissapear. Its all part of the media conspiracy to socially castrate and demoralize White people, especially our youth. They don't want young White kids to see that they are just as athletic or even more athletic than blacks. I've come up for a new Caste Football term for White players who mysteriously drop off the face of the planet, and are never seen or heard from again. We can call it "The White Hole", and even have our own discussion forum thread started for them. I'm curious to know of the where-abouts of Travis McGriff, who DOMINATED at wide reciever in the SEC while he played for the Gators. Where is he now? Disneyland?

The last thing the powers-that-be want is for our youth to see a fast, elusive, "loose hipped" White athlete like Matt Giordano intercept a football and then run it into the endzone for a 70+ yard TD run (like he did last week). Why do you think that it wasn't on the SportsCenter highlight reel? You don't think they left out on accident, do you? I wasn't watching the game, and I never would have seen the clip of him doing that if someone hadn't posted the clip here on CF.
