What an idiot Bryant is. I'm surprised he didn't play the race card but I'm sure he was pretty close to it. You would think this type of behavior by the affletes over and over would wake up some of the DWF's.

Caste Clown extraordinaire Todd McShay [IMG],who has yet to see a black football player who isn't a wonderful athlete and potential All Pro in the NFL, weighs in on Jimmy Clausen and Colt McCoy:

In a phone interview Wednesday, Notre Dame QB Jimmy Clausen defended his leadership skills, which have been criticized by ESPN's Todd McShay. "I'm a pretty good football player and a great leader," Clausen said. "If I was as bad of a leader and as bad of a teammate and person that (McShay's) portraying me to be out there, I don't think anybody would have voted for me as a captain. There are just a lot of things (McShay) says that I really don't get. But that's just another person who really doesn't know who I am."

NFL Network's Mike Mayock came away from Texas' Wednesday Pro Day with the feeling that Colt McCoy is "a solid second-round quarterback." ESPN's Todd McShay observed that McCoy's intermediate accuracy was lacking, while Mayock said McCoy showed enough arm power to "drive" the football on comebacks and in-breaking routes. As a prospect, McCoy's best comparison in recent years is Kevin Kolb. McShay expects McCoy to appeal to the Saints.

Todd "McGay" is a world-class caste douchebag. He's a standard weak-knee'd, limp-wrist paper pusher who thinks far too highly of his half-@$$ opinions & (hack-esque) writing.

Colt McCoy might not have the strong arm that Oklahoma QB Sam Bradford displayed earlier in the week, but that shouldn't detract from a fine performance in front of scouts from 30 NFL teams (the Lions and Rams were the only teams not in attendance).

Of the 58 passes that McCoy threw at Texas' pro day Wednesday, none hit the ground. McCoy connected on every pass to his four receivers â€" Texas' Jordan Shipley, ex-Longhorns WR Brian Carter, Bengals WR Quan Cosby and former Rams WR Nate Jones â€" none of whom dropped a single pass.

McCoy kept all of his workout numbers from last month's NFL Scouting Combine, and he didn't do any individual drills. However, the consensus was that he had really good feet and moved around well while throwing the ball.

Just to illustrate the idiocy in the reporting, this is from the article: "According to one scout, Korey covered the distance in 4.64 seconds, and Kyle in 4.62. Those are good but not great times." For a linebacker, a 4.64 and a 4.62 are great times! Heck, the DWF's wet dream WR, Dez Bryant, only managed a 4.52 best! Speaking of Dez Bryant, every DWF I speak to is in love with him, in spite of a mile-long list of negatives. I sincerely hope that some team drafts him really early so he can be the monumental bust that I know he will be.

ADWF writer said the same thing about Ryan D'Imperio when he ran a 4.6!

To put it in perspective at the combine, where the supposedly best talent available is on show these times would have been good enough for 3rd and 5th fastest of all linebackers. But I guess that's only good, not great. Sean Weatherspoon ran a 4.68 and Rolando McClain a 4.71, wonder if they're great times?

Shipley ran around a 4.48 to 4.55. The buzz is everyone likes what they see. Very quick athlete who will I think be a star at the next level. Punt and Kick returner and slot receiver game breaker--and incredible hands .

What is worse is that Bradon Spikes ran a 5.03 and 5.10 40 yard dash...at his pro day, which should be faster than a combine time, and people are still saying he is going to be a great linebacker. It only dropped his rankings a little bit, he is still ranked above Pat Angerer.

Every DWF seems to have a hard on for Dez Bryant no matter what he does. This one draft "expert" on this forum (who is a moderator and supposedly gets paid for he does) seems have a big hard on for him, its pretty gay the way he talks about affletes in his write ups and expert "analysis".

Supposedly Dez brought 8 pairs of shoes to his pro day but none of them were his favorite....

At least some people are calling out supposed draft "gurus". One NFL scout said everybody thinks McShay is a joke and has no clue to what he is talking about.Edited by: dwid

I saw Dez Bryant on the NCAA WR skills challenge several months ago. He was posing, blowing kisses to the camera, dancing like a girlie...his obnoxious, flamboyant, diva-like personality will fit in well at the NFL level.

He's a moronic hybrid of Chad Johnson and Terrell Owens, but with less talent than either. I could even see him yukking it up with his black and wigger chums on "Sunday NFL Countdown"Â￾ after his playing days are over"¦or perhaps "Head Stooge"Â￾ at the NFL Network.

Black busts litter every NFL roster with their athletic inferiority, but like everything involving non-whites, even the most obvious shortcomings never seem to matter.

An important note...I ran a similar 40-time to Bryant during my HS / college days (and I'm heavier and taller than he is). Then again, I could also bench more than Andre "Booby" Smith, 1st round OL from last season. NFL players are truely superhuman, huh?Edited by: Thrashen

Well put, except I'd add that instead of not mattering, the obvious isn't even noticed by the DWFs. The league is 70% black, these must be the best players, right? Add in the underachievers with the outright busts, and the amount of affirmative actionplayers who don't belong in the NFLis mind-boggling.

    C. J. Spiller looks to be another prima donna type who will be salivated over by an NFL team. Bill Parcells may not like him but you can bet a number of teams do:

There's been so many rumors about who the Miami Dolphins will take with the 12th pick in the draft. NFL draft expert Tony Pauline of SI.com is convinced one of those players should be scratched form the list.

"I find it very difficult that Bill Parcells would be interested in [Clemson RB] C.J. Spiller when he watches him on tape," Pauline said on today's show. "For all his great athletic ability and for all his game-breaking skills, when you watch him over the last three years, he's a very soft running back.

"He's not a guy that I think is going to be a featured back at the next level. He's a running back that goes down very easily at the point of attack by the first defender. He's a guy who finishes plays by running out of bounds rather than keeping it in bounds and trying to get that extra yardage. I just don't know that he warrants that early a pick. I just don't think that Spiller is a Parcells-type player."

I hate "Fraud McGay" with a passion. Every time I see him on, he drones on and on about black athlete, calling every one "playmakers" or "explosive." It makes Mel Kiper seem white friendly, although Kiper can get just as bad sometimes.

One word for Mr. Bryant: "bust."

NFL draft hopeful Pat Simonds of Sidney had his pro day workout March 9 at Fordham University.

Simonds, a senior at Colgate University, ran a 4.53 in the 40-yard dash. He also bench pressed 225 pounds 24 times, had a 36-inch vertical jump, a 10.2-inch broad jump, ran the shuttle in 4.21 and the three-cone drill in 6.7 seconds.
They compared him to Marques Colston! [IMG]Edited by: celticdb15

Wow did McGay actually compliment a white player?

ESPN analyst Todd McShay was impressed with former Texas receiver Jordan Shipley's performance during Wednesday's Pro Day.

"Shipley really helped himself," McShay said. "He's moving up. It wouldn't shock me if he came off the board in the second round. Worst case would be the third round."

Shipley posted one of the top marks in the vertical jump with a 36.5, and he improved his 40-yard dash time, from 4.57 at the combine to 4.48.

Gerhart Ranked 8th?? WHAT A JOKE!!

Why does the racist NFL refuse to post Gerhart's 40 time?? Why does the little McCluster get his 4.58 time ranking him 10th on the Top 10 list??? WHY have they not fixed this...Toby ran a 4.53 & 4.58...I guess NO WHITE RB is allowed to be in the Top 10 in 40 times...no wonder Jake Sharp was not invited!

Unbelievable, those lists are just flat out insulting. Another notable ranking is Eric Decker as the number 11 WR. Didn't Mayock have him as 4th best? Who comes up with these lists and ranking? Would love to know what they were based on!<div>
</div><div>There are too many talented guys in this draft that will end up as late round steals. Just have to hope they're given their shot because if they get even the slightest playing time it'll be clear that they could cut it, just like all the other marginalized players before them.</div>

Despite the fact that he was one of the top performers in the 40, NFL.com still doesn't have him listed there.

Shouldn't Gerhart be ranked in the top 3 running backs? After all he had the best numbers last year in a good conference (Pac 10). He ran faster than afflete McCluster who was supposed to be among the fastest players.

Blatant racism. Fortunately, it only takes one coach/exec to see his talent, even if 90% of the media and 75% of the coaches/execs undervalue his talent because he is white. Although considering the history, that might actually be too hopeful.[IMG]

I believe Mike Mayock has Gerhart as the #4 ranked back on his top 5 list.
