no. he has never used anything. i was refering to his and other canadian white sprinters delusions about bailey being clean

I assumed he was on stuff when emerged out of nowhere in 95'. Because he is Black the media gave him a pass. If he was White or East Asian the media would have dig up every rock to find out what he was on(see Kenteris). I knew he was on stuff in 2000' because of mass he and Surin gained around that time. I would love for this story to blow up. I'm afraid it won't though.
