I am going out on a limb this year and say that McCaffrey will win the Heisman as a true freshman rb. My argument being he is clearly the best back on a team that likes to run the ball and not use the committee approach. The fact that he is Ed McCaffrey's son will give him that name recognition power as well. Stanford arguably has the best offensive line coming into the 2014 season.

I hope your right TwinkleToes but what I've read is that Stanford is going to use a rotation of running backs with 4 or 5 guys see some action. I hope Christian gets the longest look. He is everything you would look for in a running back. He has elite ability and he can lead the Pac 12 in Rushing easily if he gets the reps. As far as winning the heisman as a freshman, that would be incredible but highly unlikely. Unless they play him as the primary rusher and let him run 25 plus times a game. That would be exciting if it happens!

On that note, he was also in a relationship with Oregon sprinter Marybeth Sant haha

But I agree with White Lightening in this case. All indications point to Stanford using an RB committee this year.
