What is with all this Froch bashing?

Any man who would slander and bash a legend like Joe Calzaghe the way this fool has bashed Joe, would be in my black list. That Jew will worship Hopkins and Ward non stop but will mock Joe every time he gets a chance..........I dislike the man and he looks like a Jew to me, I will still root for him when he fights against non whites. I have respect for him as a boxer, I just can't respect him as a human.

Ill be pulling for Kessler, but I wont have hurt feelings if Frochy pulls it off. Much like the Froch Bute scrap. I was wanting Lucian to win, but hey Froch was on point that night.

That's the way I feel about it too.

I'll be rooting for Kessler, but I realize if it goes to the scorecards Froch will very likely be given the decision.

If Froch wins, he'll likely fight Ward again. If he fights like he did against Bute, very aggressively, he'll beat Ward.

This is my fight of the year, I can't wait to see how Froch adjusts his tactics, Kessler will be the superior boxer but Froch's power may get to the great Dane. I dont know how im gonna wait a whole week for this.

I want Froch to win, I think he'd beat Ward if they fought again and he stopped trying to outbox him

Froch or Kessler must demand Ward fights in Europe this time -if they fight at all. It wouldn't bother me at all if they don't fight Ward and continue to make big $ with him watching them. This is the best case scenario because its all about the money. Just listen to Ward whine about being left out right now. Ward can go make his $250,000.00 IRS hounded purse, while F/K can make millions in Europe.

Andre Ward seems to need his home referees to permit him to fight dirty with deliberate headbutts and other fouls, so he'll never fight a top opponent in Europe.

This is something that particularly bothers me. Throughout Joe Calzaghe career the media absolutely discredited him for not fighting outside Brittan. The media was constantly calling for him to come to america or else his fights were pretty much meaningless.

I recall one giant fatass boxing "expert" who was obviously a chosen one :kev: saying that Joe Calzaghe was a coward for not coming to america to fight Hopkins immediately after the Lacy bout.

Where are these "experts" in regard to Ward? Why is he not expected to go over seas to fight the big fights? Why do the tribesmen not call him a coward? Of course we all know the answer to those questions, but maybe you lurkers should ask yourself these questions.

+1, that's the way I'm feeling as well. Of the two I prefer Kessler and I'm hoping he wins. Kessler didn't need this rematch and he's showing great heart by traveling to the UK to fight Carl. He is not obligated to do that in anyway and he's doing it cause he's a gentleman and fearless.

That being said, Carl Froch is such a tough guy and you have to respect his accomplishments. If he pulls the fight, all power to him. He's a great boxer!

This is a difficult fight to pick. These two are very closely matched. I would like to see Kessler win because I think Froch is a prick. Yes, I don't like him much. Kessler's all class.

Froch will have the judges slightly on his side. It is uphill from the get go for Kessler who has to clearly dominate to win. Kessler, as usual, will be busier and his more direct shots and greater mobility seem to work better against the wider-throwing and deliberate-footed Froch.

Unless he's slowed down, or loses concentration because of the crowd, I expect Kessler to slightly out-point Froch for a very close decision. Kessler is the better of the two, but will he be better in this fight?

Both Carl Froch and Mikkel Kessler look in amazing physical condition for the fight. Here's a video of the weigh-in for the fight;

Many times rematches take a much different course than the first fight. Here's some recent rematches as an example:

- In 2005, Wladimir Klitschko fought Negro Sam Peter and won a close 12 round decision. In 2010, they had a rematch in which Klitschko dominated, and flattened the Negro, dropping him and knocking Peter out in the 10th round.

- In 2006, Art Abraham won a close decision in a very hard fight over hard-punching Colombian Edison Miranda. In the 2008 rematch, Abraham floored Miranda 3 times and won by sensational knockout.

- In 2009, Sergio Martinez lost a close decision to Negro Paul Williams. They had a rematch in 2010, Martinez knocking Williams out with a huge right hand that won "KO of the Year". One of the more notable KO's in recent boxing years.

Based on these rematches, you'd have to say that usually rematches are more intense than the first fight, and often end in knockouts. Probably this is because the fighters have a history, know each other, and there is less need to spend time "feeling each other out".

Froch and Kessler have exchanged some very insulting words towards ahead of this fight and I think we're going to see a very intense fight tomorrow.

Btw, this is a huge fight. Quite possibly the biggest fight of the year. Klitschko-Povetkin will be a huge money maker later on this year and will be massive in Russia or Germany. But this fight is also right up there as possibly the biggest and most watched fight of the year.

This should be a burn burner. But I see Frochy getting the decision. Possibly a TKO on cuts or late round stoppage. Certainly if Mikkel wins I would be happy for him as well.

Any danger to downloading the video plug ins or flash player required for the live streams?
Do you use internet explorer or Google Chrome?

You don't need them with Chrome or Firefox, they come with the browser. Or, you can go to the adobe website and download them.

Some of those streams don't require a flash player or special video plug-ins even on Internet Explorer.

A great fight so far with two white warriors! This version of Froch beats Ward no doubt.
